&手表指针掉了是比较常见的，尤其是手表秒针掉了。手表在受到撞击的情况下很容易出现手表指针脱落的情况。那么出现这种情况应该怎么办
&&1、不要在22点-2点，(部分手表20点-4点)去调整日期，容易造成手表的损坏和日历跳转的不正确。
&&2、为了延长手表使用寿命，很多手表都采用慢跳的方式也就是在午夜前后时间段逐步跳转，一般在凌晨2 点前跳转完成都是正常的，部分手表至凌晨4点完成。
&&3、出现白天跳日历的情况可以进行调整―如果发现日历是在白天中午左右跳转的,一般是手表的时间快、慢了12小时,比如现在实际是上午11 点，手表却是前一天下午11点,只需要将手表时针加拨一圈,即把下午改成上午。这种情况是比较普遍的，大概有50%的几率。
&&4、一般手表在时间调整都需要顺时针拨，不要逆时针拨。逆时针拨手表很容易造成手表指针指向的偏差(石英二针式应逆时针拨)。要特别的注意，如果是左手佩戴，用右手调节的话，往前转动就是顺时针。
&&5、手表的款式不同调整的方式也不一样，但在调整带日历功能的手表时都需要考虑上午和下午的因素。
&&手表的星期和日历调节注意事项
&&1、星期和日历不能在21点到凌晨3点调，这样很伤表。日历的跳动是齿轮带动的，一般都是慢慢跳的。
&&2、手表和石英表不同，石英表的日期和星期都是在零点跳字的，这种精确度只在电子表里出现。指针手表没有那么精确的，可能提前或延后，这是因为日期和星期都是一个轮圈来推动的。
&&3、如果同时跳字的话，驱动力就要求很大了。所以分开来换，一般星期变动会在日期的变动之后的半个到几个小时内跳过。
&&4、如果遇到手表的日期中午11点、12点、下午1点才跳。不要着急，只要把时针按顺时针方向把转一周,再重新调整日期就可以了。
&&5、中间的那个调整钮共两挡，第一挡是调整日期，第两挡是调整时间的。第一挡调整时，往后旋转是调日期，往前旋转是调星期。如果表本身没有星期显示的话，就不用星期设置。
