SM1231 模拟量输入模块接线问题

模块为SM1231&AI&4X16位，订货号6ES-0XB0，通道0和1采用四线制接法没有问题，通道2采用两线制接法，采样值不稳定，一直跳变，现在是按照说明书上的接法，最后通道3没用，短接了，请教下这是什么原因

1、先用万用表测量一下模拟量信号是不是真的在波动，如果是，那就需要排查传感器了2、如果测量信号没问题，那应该是干扰问题了，把模拟量模块的电源负和模块的M点短接然后再接地试试，检查干扰源是哪里，变频电机的话，电机接地良好不？3、适当延长模拟量通道的滤波时间试试，看看有改观没4、可以加个隔离栅试试，效果应该能好点
