客户购买我们一套样品，因为货值比较小,所以让客户汇到了我们个人账户,给客户发PI的时候特别说明了，要注意不要写错受益人信息,结果客户还是写错了,我让客户发更正函,客户给我回复了以下邮件：
“Can you confirm if this sample is on order or not??& &What you mentioned below does not make sense….
We cannot just recall a wire transfer back into our account…then re-send to another one.& &The account we sent money to has to wire back it back to us.Then, we can re-send it to the corrected names below.”
我准备这么回复他，大家帮忙看看是否妥当，谢谢！

“Because you wrote wrong the beneficiary's name, (see the special instructions when I sent PI) we can't received the sample payment, just need you to send a correction letter to our bank to correct the beneficiary information, do not need you payment again, very easy to operate. Would you please help to deal with this, thank you! If you cannot handle, please let us know, we will inform the bank return the money, you re-send money!&

以下是我写的，不知道有没有表达清楚。
We can't get the sample charges from our bank now because the beneficiary's name is not correct ( please see the special instruction on the PI) So please kindly help to ask your bank to send a letter to our bank to amend the name , and you don't&&need to resend the charges now.
And If your bank can't help to send the note,please contact me a.s.a.p, we will return the charges to you and please repay it to us.

1 客户只不过是写错了账户名，直接简单指出就行了
2 为了方便起见，再在邮件里发一遍正确的名称，一为了确认，二为了方便客户，不用再去翻PI了
3 语气不要太急，在不了解客户当地银行操作的情况下，最好不要按照想当然地去给具体步骤
As the benefiary name in your last remittance was wrote wrongly, please kindly revise our beneficiary name as belowing:

Swift NO.: XXX
Please make us know once you finished revision. Thanks.

电脑开不了机，卡在这了，请大家帮忙看看这句英文是什么意思啊？
论坛里买的dell的工作站机器，到手时一切正常的，最近出现6声长响的故障，开不了机。把所用的配件重新插拔下后还是不行。
但是最后把机箱盖装好后重新试开机，又能进bios了，可是进系统的时候就老是卡在这进不去。
请大家帮忙看看这句英文是什么意思啊？

最下面那个 j 看上去是读硬盘引导区失败。
拿 PE 启动进去看看吧
从默认分区启动失败了，你看看是不是硬盘数据线没有接好，最好重新拔插一下试试，如果能正确识别出来硬盘，还是启动失败的话就重装系统试试。

我的系统就是用pe刚装好的。bios里能认出硬盘来
软驱寻找失败。请匹配合适的存储器。（大概是这个意思）
是不是没有从硬盘引导？

如果是刚刚装的系统，就看看主分区是否是激活的，然后检查启动顺序设置，设置成硬盘启动。
不会是隐藏分区的问题吧？格盘重新安装系统看。

装的什么系统？检查并用分区软件重写一下 mbr
感觉是找不到主引导区

内存双通道的么？拔下来清理清理金手指/插槽
用PE的系统修复自动修复一下搞定
字面上的意思大概是：软驱搜索失败
& && && && && && && && && && &&&警告！工作在单通道纠错模式，请将内存匹配以便正常工作
你这是系统丢失或已破坏。提示你做系统，检测硬盘，引导到有效分区。可以用USB启动或者用软盘恢复。
只能重装系统了。
用PE 里面的硬盘管理软件，试试看，恢复引导分区。
