前段时间朋友圈发过一篇文章《读书无用论是最大的谎言！》引起了强烈反响，读者纷纷留言，有的支持，有的反对，有的抗议作者歧视劳动人民。
俗话说：三百六十行，行行出状元。
职业没有高低贵贱之分，只有岗位和分工的不同。
因此，下面的文字和相关图片，仅供参考。
你知道李彦宏、刘强东是87、92年高考状元吗？
你只有读了足够的书，才有资格思考“读书是不是无用”。
在你没有家缠万贯的财富，没有能养你一辈子的爸妈时，你为什么不努力读书？
“有些人出生就含着金钥匙，有些人出生连爸妈都没有，人生跟人生是没有可比性的，我们的人生是怎么样，完全决定于自己。高考，是许多人人生都要过的“独木桥”，企业大佬也不例外。
马云曾豪气冲天要考北大，但无奈复读，侥幸上了本科；
俞敏洪也经历了艰苦的复读期；
史玉柱、李彦宏都是高考状元；
潘石屹偷偷换名“石屹”参加高考；
张朝阳则在自学成材的故事激励下考上清华……
李彦宏：百度创始人
1987年，19岁的李彦宏考取了山西阳泉市的高考状元。
读北大，学会独立思考。
马云：阿里巴巴集团创始人
1982年的时候，18岁的马云迎来了生命里的第一次高考。不过马云并没因数学不好而退缩，反而在报考志愿表上赫然写着：北京大学。
那年的高考成绩出来以后，马云的数学成绩是——1分。
但是这时候路遥的《人生》的改变了马云的想法，马云开始了艰苦的复读，并在19岁的那一年，再次走进了高考的考场。
不过马云的数学成绩只有19分。马云又开始了一遍打工一边复习的日子。
就这样，到了马云20岁那年，他毅然参加了第三次高考，马云这次数学的考试成绩及格了——79分。
最终，英语成绩很牛的马云以本科生的身份踏进了杭州师范学院。
刘强东：京东创始人
那时候刘强东的成绩是全校第一，于是刘强东便在那时有了一个梦想：从政，做县长。在权限范围内，对宿迁人民好点，为老百姓多做点实事。
在1992年7月高考成绩公布后，刘强东高考成绩全宿迁第一，副县长亲自送大红花进家。
俞敏洪：新东方创始人
复习了10个月左右，俞敏洪参加了1978年的高考，英语却只考了33分，别的几门也不理想。
1979年，俞敏洪再次参加高考，他的总分过了录取分数线，但英语只考了55分，而常熟师专的录取分数线是60分，结果再度落榜。
1980年的高考，俞敏洪的英语是95分，总分387分。当年，北大的录取分数线是380分。俞敏洪如愿被北大录取。
许家印：恒大集团创始人
许家印，1958年出生，河南周口太康县人。
幼年的许家印，家境贫寒，常常面临辍学的窘境。生活的艰辛没有使许家印放弃求学的信念，反而坚定了他“知识改变命运”的决心。
1977年，许家印听到恢复高考的消息马上报名，但因为时间仓促，没有考上。
第二年，许家印复读再考，伴随地瓜和小麻油挨过了寒冬，1978年如愿考上武汉钢铁学院(现武汉科技大学)，在人口达1000万的周口市，他的成绩位列前三。
为什么一定要上大学？
我们要告诉你，一张大学文凭，特别是一张985、211名校文凭，虽然不能确保你登上顶峰，却可以让你免于跌落谷底。
你身处什么样的环境，就会受到什么样的影响，你身处名校，自然被优秀的人围绕。
你在名校认识的人会是你以后事业的人脉，是你生活上的朋友。功利点来说，你的学历决定了你一开始的薪酬待遇，名校自然有优势。
所以，对于大多数普通家庭的孩子来说，没有先天资源，那么后天唯一的出路，真的还是只能靠知识。
真的，让孩子从小就学会努力吧，努力学习，努力奋斗，努力做好一切，青春不就是拿来拼的嘛。
“逼”孩子在年少时努力，只是不想让他们走自己的老路，将来能更随意的生活吧。
所以，别听人说什么“开心幸福最重要”，没有舒服的生活做后盾，“穷开心”真的没那么开心的……
最后，告诉孩子：你必须十分努力，才能看起来毫不费力！
一处工地上，有一个女人特别显眼。
她比所有人都累，除了要挑起一两百斤重的水泥砂浆，还要把自己的孩子背在背上。
有人说她年纪这么大了，为什么还出来干活。其实她年纪并不大，只是长年累月地干重活，让她容颜早已消逝。
海明威说：“这个世界如此美好，值得人们为它奋斗”。我只同意后半句。
这个世界对每一个人来说并不都是美好的。
有的人出入高档场所，用着上万的化妆品；有的人在工地挑着钢筋水泥，还要把孩子背在背上。
但，无论这个世界怎么样，每一个人都要去奋斗，不是么？
一个孩子在同龄人都在玩耍的时候，却早早背负起家庭的责任，捡废品补贴家用。
他非常懂事，对于自己的遭遇毫无怨言，只是每一次看到同龄人无忧无虑玩耍的时候，都会忍不住多看几眼。
这个世界是苦的，连童年都不例外。
对于有些孩子来说，不是要不要去无忧无虑地玩耍，而是能不能的问题。
常常有人感叹生活的艰辛，为了生计而奔波劳累，可是这句话对每个人的含义真的不一样。
人生不是电影，人生比电影苦太多了。
他们是农民，妻子做完手术后没有车费回家了，他就用背篓把妻子背在背上，走路回家。
无处话凄凉。
火车站前，外面下着大雪。
他坐在台阶上吃着面包，吃了一口，再也吃不下，他忍不住哭了。
你永远都不知道别人经历了什么，你永远不知道别人为了什么而痛哭，人生有时候真的会很艰难。
《月亮和六便士》中写到：
“面对地上的6便士，和夜空中最美的月亮该如何选择。
当你低头捡6便士的时候，也许你拥有了物质的财富，但你却错过了观看到最美月亮的机会；
当你抬头看着月亮，用画笔画下月亮独一无二最美的样子，也许这幅画的价值是一万倍的6便士。”
人与人之间是真的不同的，有的人会选择看月光，而有的人会义无反顾地选择捡起6便士。
能选择看月光的人，都是被上帝眷顾的幸运之人，因为对于很多人来说，月亮和六便士之间并无选择。
这个世界，有你无法想象的残忍和绝望，请尊重每一群体和每一种生活方式，他们内心经历了怎样的煎熬，你不会懂。
读书无用论其实是一个很大的阴谋
越穷越相信读书无用
17岁那年的暑假，我和一个老乡坐火车去广西，到父亲所在的木厂打暑假工。
因为没有坐票，我和老乡坐在绿皮火车厕所旁的地上，各种汗臭味和厕所里面的味道夹杂到一起，那一刻我才真正认识到社会的现实，我更体谅到父亲的不容易，因为他每年都要坐这样的火车往家里往返几次。
坐到地上和老乡聊天的时候，他告诉我，他的儿子和我年纪一样大，现在就可以赚2000多一个月了，说的时候满脸自豪。
到了父亲打工的木厂后，我惊呆了，像父子这样的组合在这里做事的有很多，和我年纪相仿的孩子，他们都可以拿到3/4千一个月。
读书无用论在这里很盛行，他们的思想很狭隘，价值观趋向于一致，看不到远方，对他们而言，隔壁邻居家的小明出来打工，就已经给家里几万块钱盖房子，而别人还念着不知所以然的书，花着父母的钱，毕业后的工资也只有3/4千，就是很没用。
而我一直庆幸的是，我的父亲并没有受到这种思想的侵蚀，一直鼓励我读完大学，哪怕再苦再累。
在那个夏天我想明白了很多，如果我不继续读书，那么我很可能要靠苦力为生。
十几年过去了，由于制造业的衰退，那个工厂早已倒闭，那些和我年纪相仿的孩子，又转战去了建筑工地或者别的工厂，而我现在可以不靠苦力谋生，靠着学到的知识过上了舒适的生活。
什么叫底层？就是除了穷，你一无所有。你即便再累，再痛，你也得去挑担子，干苦力，因为做一天才会有一天的工钱，你不做，后面嗷嗷待哺的孩子，白发苍苍的老人，他们都指望着你为生。
中科院曾经做过一份调查，发现越贫穷的地方越认同“读书无用”：在村庄贫困层的认同度有62.32%、农村中间层的认同度有37.24%，年收入1万元以下的村庄贫困层认为读书无用的比例最高。
信奉“读书无用”的人最喜欢讲的一句就是：你看谁谁谁，没读什么书照样混得好！
在回答这个问题之前，我先讲一个真实的故事。
L是我接触到的许多私企老板中的其中一个，初中毕业，他就是别人眼中读书少混得好的代表，开着奔驰车，住着市中心的豪宅。
他每天最焦虑的事情就是企业做到一定程度就上不去了，其实最大的瓶颈还是他自身的知识结构。
他读书少，没有完整的知识体系，都是碎片化阅读，没有形成知识闭环。
有一次我和他深入聊天，他告诉我，他此生最大的遗憾就是没有继续读书，他羡慕那些名校毕业的人。
那天我们谈了很多，他说他能够有今天真的非常不容易，经常陪客户喝酒喝到胃出血，加班熬夜到凌晨，因为没读书不懂劳动法，他被离职的十几个员工狠狠坑过一笔，因为看不懂合同，他曾经和别人合作损失惨重........
所以，他招聘员工非常看重学历，没读什么书的亲戚，不会担任重要职位。
“读书无用论”只是底层看到别人成功了但是没读什么书，就推断出这样的结论，其实越往上面走，你会越明白读书的意义。
这只是一个以讹传讹的阴谋，底层的人只看到了表面现象，看不清实质。
一个人的行为永远表达了他最真实的想法，不要看他说什么，要看他做什么，我们再来看看有钱人是怎么为教育行动的。
有钱人疯狂掘取教育资源
知乎上一个叫Umika Chan的清华学生，说他刚入清华的时候，第一节课老师让他们每个人填了一张问卷。
上面有两个问题是：“你父母亲的职业？”和“你上大学以前到过最远的地方是哪里？”
后来问卷收上去以后，老师对他们说：“在座的各位能考上清华，很大一部分原因在于你们的父母。你的家庭背景决定了你能接触到资源的多少，决定了你的学习环境，决定了你上的小学、初中、高中，也决定了你的眼界和见识。你能来到清华，不仅仅是因为你努力，更是因为你有了上述这些东西。”
后来那个老师公布了调查问卷的结果（如下图），他说他每年都会在清华做这个问卷调查，得到的结果大同小异。
蓝色条状表示人数分布，1到19代表父母是特殊人群不做考虑，20到29代表农民或者工人，分数越高，父母的社会经济地位越高。
我们可以看到，60到79的人数是最多的，父母都是社会的中高层，在清华读书的学生，父母是中高层的人数最多。
之前上了微博热搜的企业高管妈妈，月薪三万多却连衣服都不敢买，为什么？因为孩子一个月的暑假培训班开支就超过了。
还有各种天价的学区房，十几万一平却依然供不应求。
今年的北京文科状元熊轩昂，他的父母都是外交官，在很小的时候，他就跟着父母，去过多个国家。
熊轩昂的高中是北京二中，有名的重点中学，在这里的学区房均价每平米至少要15万！
很多中产阶级都很焦虑，他们在职场拼杀，看到社会残酷的一面，就对教育非常重视，疯狂掘取稀有的教育资源，不惜重金投入。
于是就造成了寒门再难出贵子，中产阶级的子女扎堆名校的现象。
底层相信“读书无用”，而中产阶级不惜血本投入教育，所以导致两极分化越来越严重，这就是阶级固化的最根本原因。
寒门学子的出门在哪里？
记得以前有个段子说的是：985是软卧，211是硬卧，二本是硬座，三本是站票，专科挤厕所，其他的趴火车顶上，到了目的地，没有人在乎你怎么来的。
真的没有人在乎你是怎么来的吗？
呵呵，别逗了！
现在社会的现实就是仍然在乎学历，不仅是在乎，而且是非常在乎，无数个岗位清清楚楚写着非985大学毕业的不要。
所以，真正的现实就是985坐的是飞机，211是高铁，二本是动车，三本是特快火车，专科是普通火车，其他都是摩托车甚至单车，没有人在乎你是怎么来的这句倒是真的，但是他们只在乎你多快能抵达！
高考仍然是当前中国最公平的阶层上升通道，如果你觉得高考不公平，那么请相信我，你接下来的人生将会看到无数个比高考更加不公平的事情。
一个家族要改变自己的阶层，拼的是一代人甚至是几代人的努力，高考对他们来说就是改变命运的一条捷径，尤其是寒门学子，如果放弃了这条路，他的路会比其他人难走很多很多。
孩子是站在父母的肩膀上看世界的，如果你努力的天花板就是别人的起点，所以你就要放弃吗？
不！只要有希望就应该去争取！寒门学子除了努力，别无退路！
如果你在人生最重要的时候选择最无知最贪玩，去听信什么“读书无用”，那么你后半生所有的努力都只是在收拾当年落下的这个烂摊子！

下面这篇文章足以解决你的困惑。

经常有人问，明明我努力做了那么多，可是为什么还是得不到好的结果？为什么那些没努力学习的同学，反而成绩比我好？我天天自习、挑灯夜战，却对成绩的提高并没有太大的帮助；别人吊儿郎当、一副满不在乎的样子，学习起来却毫不费力。为什么我那样的努力却换不来更好的结果？
对这类问题，有各种各样的回答，有人鼓励鞭策，有人灌输鸡汤，有人循循善诱，有人冷嘲热讽。
“永远不要试图用战术上的勤奋，掩饰战略上的懒惰。”这是最好的回答。
在这里，天天自习、挑灯夜战看似很努力地学习，可以先暂定为“战术上的勤奋”；努力认真学习的结果却依旧缺乏明确的学习目标和动机，那就是战略上的懒惰。
大家都清楚的一点是，学习最好的人从来都不是一天到晚苦哈哈学习的人，而往往是那些把生活安排得多姿多彩的人——
他们智商与情商皆高，往往懂得所谓努力并非流于表面；
而那些貌似学习很刻苦的人，其实效率并不高。天天自习、挑灯夜战、头悬梁锥刺股对你的最大意义，只不过是营造了一个“苦苦努力”的幻象，换取对自己的心灵安慰罢了。
举几个身边的例子：
女孩A：她总是喜欢找我推荐一些好的参考书、好的习题资料，还要求是逼格很高的。所以我每次也都会认真给她挑选，并告诉她哪些题型需要重点掌握。有一次我跟她闲聊，你告诉我一下，上一本书中我重点强调的那个题目你记住了吗？她说，忘了。第二天，我看她的朋友圈上说：又看完了一本书。
男孩子B：特别喜欢去自习室，然后每次在朋友圈都会看见他的文字：最近很累；快考试了，最后几天拼了；早出晚归……觉得他真的很努力。可是，该不过的，还是过不了。他的所有考试，留下的似乎都是各种波折和无奈。
女孩子C：参加各种寒假、暑假补习班，只想让成绩更好点。每天也是早出晚归，周末还泡图书馆。带着教材、试卷、参考书。可是，这一切都没有用。因为她还带了手机。她一上午的学习其实都是在刷朋友圈刷微博，这种所谓的努力，其实只是看起来很努力而已。
所以，是不是有很多人都这样？
你每天熬夜学习，但大多数时候都是在玩手机。
你每天早早去上课，但大多数时候是在课堂上补昨晚的觉。
你在图书馆一坐就是一天，但真的就只是坐了一天。
你每天都在做题，但总没有真正掌握过一道题。
在我们身边，总有一些笔记记的很认真的人，但是考试成绩不理想；也总有那些学习成绩非常好，但看起来并不怎么认真的人。很多人把他们定义为聪明，而我认为，他们只是在学习的时候，摒弃了诱惑一心一意的在努力，那些努力没有让别人看到，那段时间也没有其他的干扰，在玩儿的也用心的在玩。
类似的例子每天都在我们身边发生着，这些例子带给我们的启示是：
如果不在开始努力之前就设定一个目标，你的努力就很容易陷入“我这么努力有什么用”的自怨自艾中。
如果你的努力不和结果挂钩，那么你就只能沉浸在“我已经很努力了”的幻想当中，并错把受苦的体验当成努力的过程。
比不努力更可怕的，是你自以为“已经很努力了”，却“没有任何实质的进展”，导致你反过头来质疑“应不应该努力”这件事，甚至把问题引向了拷问社会的公平性问题，这对你的人生其实没有任何意义。
因此在努力之前，每个人都应该先问问自己：“我努力的目标是什么？我现在所付出的努力和我的目标有因果关系吗？为了达成这个目标，真的需要我埋头学习八小时吗？这八小时里我已经全力以赴了吗？”
因为毕竟，所有的努力，都不是给别人看的，这些努力，是否真正到达了内心，变成了你的能力。没有目标的努力，没有计划的奋斗，都只是作秀。
你的生活，和别人看你的生活，是否是一样的；那些所谓的努力时光，是真的头脑风暴了，还是，只是看起来很努力而已。
人生不应该是充满痛苦疲劳的拉锯战，而应该是有的放矢地走走停停。

除了简单地找出候选人
是否具备完成这项工作的知识之外
行为问题还可以帮助招聘经理
确定候选人是否具备相关技能和经验。
这些问题旨在引导你解决问题
一个错误的答案可能意味着被雇用和被拒的区别。
鉴于我们之前没有谈过
关于行为面试问题的更深入的文章
只是快速回顾过
下面一些常见行为问题的例子：
“告诉我你在任务中失败的时间......”
“你曾经和一个你不喜欢的人一起工作吗？你是怎么处理的？“
“你如何处理设定目标？你能给个例子吗？”
棘手的问题，对吧？
我们就来教大家关于S.T.A.R.面试方法以及如何做准备。
STAR代表Situation，Tasks，Action和Results
所以我们可以看到，STAR是一个更大的想法的（另一个）聪明的首字母缩略词，首先让我们花点时间仔细分析每个字母的含义。
Situation：
想一想类似于面试官询问你的结果的情况。相关性不一定与工作相关。请记住包括谁，什么，在哪里，何时以及如何。
描述你在这种情况下负责的任务。保持特定但简洁。确保突出显示你遇到的任何特定挑战。
这是你描述你做了什么的部分。你是如何完成你分配的任务的？记住专注于你所做的事情，并强调招聘经理会找到合适的特质（主观性，团队合作性，领导力，奉献精神等）
这是你开始反思的地方。分享情况的结果以及你对这一结果的具体贡献。你做了什么？你学到了什么？你的行为结果如何？
何时使用STAR方法
虽然招聘经理可能会问你几个可能存在的无限可能的行为问题，但他们都有几个具体的类别：
解决问题/计划的能力
倡议/领导力
人际处理能力/冲突
在参加面试之前，请确保你认真对待你正在申请的工作，并使用线索来准备你的S.T.A.R答案。通过挑选公司具体寻找的或者工作所需的技能，这将有助于你定位自己的成功故事。
无论如何，一旦你确定了这些技能，通过你自己的个人经历和背景，找到符合这些技能的成功故事。
回答S.T.A.R.问题时的常见错误
1.根本不回答这个问题。
如果面试官问你一个问题，而你不能为你的人生想到过去的一个具体的成功故事适用于这种情况，那就直接告诉他们！
诚实要比硬做出来一些事情要好得多。
当然，这并不意味着你要告诉面试官进入下一个问题......相反，你会把问题转回自己并跟进“......但如果我遇到这样的情况，这是我将如何处理它……”
2.没有准备好。
不好好准备是没有脑子的。特别是因为我们已经列出了五个最常见的行为问题类别。当场讲述一个故事常常意味着一位面试官会stuck听你一直讲。
提前做好功课意味着你不仅可以准备好你的成功故事，而且可以简洁明了，并且有针对性。
我们建议提出3-5个成功故事，来展示招聘经理需要寻找的各种常见行为。
3.过于准备。
是的，这是可能的。你希望你的故事看起来毫不费力，但不是排练得像机器人一样。在你进行面试之前回顾你的故事，但不要过分。保持轻松和侃侃而谈，而不是排练你逐字逐句练习的故事。
4.讲述一个不成功的故事。
你想要这份工作，对吧？那么，为什么你要讲述一个故事，你失败惨败，从经验中什么都不学习？虽然这可能是一个有趣的故事，但这并不会让你找到一份工作。讲一个绝对没有积极结果的故事，无论是从最终结果还是从你学到的教训，都是毫无意义的......就像雇佣你一样。
现在你可能会想，“迈克，这是常识。我不会讲一个让我看起来很糟糕的故事。“虽然这是一笔交易。有时候，最初的意图是伟大的，在你知道它之前就可以解开。如果招聘经理决定探讨你的故事，你需要确定他/她不会促使你透露你不想要透露的东西。
所以，除了我们所说的不是像机器人一样说话...坚持剧本！
5.讲述一个与问题无关的故事。
这与正在准备一样。讲一个与问题无关的故事向招聘经理表明，你缺乏对细节的专注和关注，每个优秀的候选人都应具备这两个关键素质。
6.讲述一个让你看起来不合格的故事，或者把你置于不好的状态。
不要讲一个故事，你是“唯一做过正确事情的唯一员工”。没有人会绝对完美，讲述一个故事，你单独拯救整个公司免于破产，同时设法为隔壁的孤儿院以及大街上的熊猫保护区提供充足的资金，这不会是不可能的，只在作为小说脱颖而出。
为了充分发挥STAR方法的五大秘诀
所以，现在你知道你不应该做什么了，让我们专注于你需要做什么来充分利用STAR方法。
1.准备好。
我知道我们在上面说过，但它确实是方法的本质。加入一套坚实的S.T.A.R.有针对性的成功故事不仅会让你更容易回答他们，而且还会帮助你向招聘经理强调具体的素质和技能，能让他们对你非常满意，并让你从其他候选人脱颖而出。
2.具体化。
STAR方法不是模糊不清和无意识的。这与准备齐头并进。在面试之前，你应该已经确定了公司正在寻找的技能和素质。确保你的故事是特定的和有针对性的。请记住，你需要强调招聘经理感兴趣的行为，你的成功故事应该与此明显一致。
