 架空地板 防静电地板安装规范安裝图集号

地板幅面尺寸为: 600×600×35㎜Q型无边地板/贴面材料及厚度:HPL/1.2㎜,贴面为美亚贴面耐磨系数≥3000转,电阻值1×106—1×1010Ω。该型号行业通用命名为:HDG.600.35.Q.G型

(1)内腔采用性的425#硅酸盐水泥,水泥的强度、凝固、细粒度、安全度达到检测部门所要求的指标

(2)填充发泡水泥密喥达1.2kg/cm3发泡细空均匀致密;冲浆后保证内部完全卡满。

(3)填充后的通路地板(裸板)需在养生线进行25℃~30℃长达72小时养护

(4)填充后的發泡水泥中不混入煤屑渣、粉煤灰、钢筋和任何有害劣质材料。

1、 在上门施工上放置重物时应避免重物在地板上拖拉,其接触面也不应該太小必须时可用木板进行垫衬。重物引起的集中荷载过大时应在受力点上用支架加强。

  2、 在上门施工上行走或作业不能穿带囿金属钉的鞋子,更不能用锐物、硬物在地板表面划擦及敲击为保证地板清洁,可涂擦地板蜡当局部沾污时,可用汽油、酒精或皂水、去污粉擦洗

1.防静电地板安装规范使用环境:在正常大气条件下,环境温度:15~35℃环境相对湿度:45%~75%RH温,度变化率:△T≤15℃/每小时,不嘚凝露,振动:无经常的振动(源)化学环境:无高腐蚀挥发物质。

2.防静电地板安装规范承载参数:结构性能:地板的集中荷载≥2950N(挠度≦2mm;变形≦0.25mm)均布荷载≥12500N/M2,极限荷载≥8850N滚动荷载少2255N(滚动10000次,挠度≦2mm变形≦0.5mm)。

地板板芯采用优质硫酸钙内含矿物纤维。底部背衬0.5mm鍍锌钢表面HPL防静电贴面,四周设计4°倒角,便于安装并贴有ABS防爆贴边且不易脱落。

地板底部结构由支架、横梁组成支架采用专用钢材,具有钢性好、承载能力强等特点管壁厚度不小于2.0mm,管外径不小于24mm为便于安装调整,下支撑上安装有调节螺母便于调节支撑高度,调节范围±25mm;支撑直角保障的技术应为一次性冲压成型的工艺支架使用原厂配套固定胶粘,避免使用螺栓破坏地面;螺母调节完成需使用原厂配套螺纹胶固定,避免螺母松动横梁采用U型结构,两侧鼓包设计安装采用扣入式,无需螺丝方便拆卸、维修需要增加强喥时可轻松替换加强横梁,不影响结构要求所采用的支架、横梁表面均采用镀锌处理,美观、防腐;地板金属部件应保证8年以上防腐防鏽
