所在的位置：政务公开 >> 政策 >> 政策解读发布时间：2022-01-211、2021年8月后预约驾考应完成计时培训张先生：2021年9月预约考试，要求上传学时，但同行的朋友却没有此要求，什么时间开始报名培训的学员约考时需要上传学时?市交管局：2021年8月1日前报名的学员，无需上传学时，预约考试按原有方式进行。2021年8月1日至12月30日报名的学员，未约考科目的培训的培训应当计时并符合大纲规定的要求。2021年12月31日起新报名的学员，各科目培训均应计时并符合大纲的要求。根据《机动车驾驶培训教学大纲》规定，以C1照为例，总学时为62学时，其中安全文明驾驶常识为10个学时，每学时60分钟，其中有效教学时间不得低于45分钟，每个学员课堂学习时间和实际操作时间每天均不得超过4学时。2、外省转入第一次约考无需上传学时刘女士：我是从襄阳转入武汉的学员，需要补学时吗?市交管局：省内其他城市转入武汉市的学员，未约考科目的培训应当计时并符合大纲的要求;外省转入武汉市的学员，办理变更考试地业务后，第一次预约的考试科目系统不审核培训学时(如：转入时待考科目为科目二，科目二第一次约考系统不审核学时，但科目三及安全文明驾驶常识按规定系统审核学时)。3、若学时未上传导致约考失败可联系驾校审核王先生：科目二至科目四已刷满学时，通过交管12123系统预约报考提示“未参加驾驶员培训”或“系统正在审核中”，导致预约考试不成功。市交管局：当学时未上传审核时，会显示未参加驾驶员培训，此种情况可联系所在驾校，及时上传学时，通过审核后学员可正常约考。如市民联系驾校后，仍问题没有解决，可咨询市交管局协调督促驾校解决。学时审核过程中，存在有部分学时不合格情况，需要学继续培训相应学时，补全学时后学员可正常约考。4、若驾校以计时学习名义乱收费可向12345举报赵先生：我是8月1日后报名的学员，驾校未安排计时打卡学习，还要求单独收取计时学习的费用。市交管局：根据《省交通运输厅省公安厅关于做好省交通驾驶培训监管服务平台与省公安互联网交通安全综合服务管理平台联网对接工作的通知》以及市交通部门关于计时培训的文件精神要求，各驾培机构自即日起应转变培训模式，使用计时系统记录和上传学员学时信息，使用合规的场地，车辆开展培训活动，不符合国家标准的训练场予以关停。驾校收费不能与计时培训改革混为一谈，驾培收费是市场行为，市民可以协商解决。如出现收费纠纷、市场欺诈等问题，可向驾校所在辖区市场监督局反映，或拨打12345热线举报。
