这个问题问的太笼统了。最简单的问法是说明地区，还好回答。没说明地区，就会有很多问题，①比如地域经济问题②比如会根据老师的技能水平变化，③比如会根据你全职兼职类型变化，④比如会根据场馆不同变化，⑤比如会根据你的接课类型变化。一、地区经济问题。第一，你得看地区。一般情况一线城市肯定收入也会高。北京这边大概价位如下。健身房的课50-60分范围是：130-200RMB～企业课50-60分范围是：300-600RMB～舞馆课50-60分范围：150-300RMB～（有的低，有的高，上面的数字都是按普通教练员到手的课时费范围，看你自己接课价位标准。）比如按最低一节课120来说～二线城市，在这个基础上减少百分之10-20～例如二线可能会有100三线会有80四线会有50这大概就是按地区推算，可能不准确，大概了解是这样的。二、教师技能水平。第二，根据教师的技能水平来说，每个舞种都有明星教师，他们拥有大量的粉丝。然后就是行业里时间久的老师有学员基础和人脉基础。再者就是普通教师，大部分从业者。再后来就是新入行老师。顶级教师一节课应该都过千了，他们几乎不会再去跑馆上课了，都会有自己的工作室。培训普通教练，做公开课，出席活动，做比赛评委等等。首席教师应该500+，根据接课类型以及场馆，这种老师很多都驻馆。普通教师就是市场价120-600不等吧，上面有场馆类型分类划分。三、全职兼职第三，根据全职兼职划分。全职就是你入职上班，跟一家企业打工。工资是底薪+课时+销提。普通舞蹈教师一般跟城市工资标准差不多。例如一线城市8000-3w这样。例如底薪5000包含30课时，+额外30课时3000，+偶尔销售提成一两千这样。就是你的薪资构成。兼职就是你什么课都接。算是跑课教练，除了费车费，比全职教练爽很多，不用一天都呆在公司。例如一天上三小时，就按100来算：3（工作时间一天课时）×100（课时）×30（天数）＝9000（一月工资）所以如果你能一天上三个课时，一月最低工资也得9000～兼职教师最困难的找课，不是所有的兼职教师都能把三节课排满的，但一旦排满，月收入过万很正常。兼职教师一天接个五六节也是有可能的，关键看你自己在圈子里的资源。资源越多，钱越多。四、场馆变化第四，根据场馆不同的变化，回答中已经简单分了健身房，舞馆瑜伽馆等工作室，还有就是企业课这些类型的划分。其他活动就不说，活动和教课还是有区别的。另外就是场馆本身的水平，知名舞馆机构专业机构找老师的标准也高，给的薪资也会高。大部分机构压低教练价格的相对多。就是能低就低。还有就是场馆老板自身就是跑课教练出身，知道教练的辛苦，会在普通价位偏高一点儿给教练结算。场馆一般应该比健身房课时高，如果没有的话，这个场馆一般不是想做专业的舞馆，也或者你的课种不主推，附带功能。五、接课类型第五，接课类型，这里想说的是儿童课，成人课，私教课，小班课，还有就是舞种不同。其实除了年龄划分和私教划分，其他课影响不大。私教其实就跟健身房私教类似，比如他们私教课500～1k+,舞蹈教练也一样，中间其实到手也就240-600左右，大部分被机构赚走了。所以会有黑私，就是教练直接对接你，比如一节课本来需要500，教练收你三百这样。具体就不清楚了。以上几点大概是说清楚了工资水平，大部分按照北京这边的情况来说。你可以合理推导自己的城市。如果一定要来个范围的话，就50-500吧，包含地域，不同课程，不同水平等等。
