2013年硕士生第一批复试通知
根据教育部文件规定和《教育部关于加强硕士研究生招生复试工作的指导意见》（教学[2006]4号），结合我校今年硕士研究生招生工作的实际情况，我校电气与电子工程学院、马克思主义学院、艺术学院等三个学院的复试工作通知如下：
注意：第一批复试仅为上述三个学院，其他学院的复试时间安排稍后发布。
一、计划复试时间、地点
我校电气与电子工程学院、马克思主义学院、艺术学院等三个学院的复试考试时间为2013年4月5-7日期间进行请考生做好复试报道材料准备及考试准备工作，具体时间安排见下表。
二、复试资格及复试说明
（一）第一志愿报考我校（电气与电子工程学院复试要求见特别说明）并达到国家A类考生最低复试分数线的考生。
特别说明：
1.电气与电子工程学院各专业复试分数线及校内调剂要求：
①080801-电机与电器：达到国家A类考生最低复试分数线即可参加复试；
②081002-信号与信息处理：达到国家A类考生最低复试分数线即可参加复试；
③085207-电气工程：达到国家A类考生最低复试分数线即可参加复试；
④080804-电力电子与电力传动：各科分数达到国家A类考生要求，总分330（含330）分以上的可参加原报考专业的复试；
⑤080805-电工理论与新技术：各科分数达到国家A类考生要求，总分325（含325）分以上的可参加原报考专业的复试；
⑥080802-电力系统及其自动化：各科分数达到国家A类考生要求，总分305（含305）分以上的可参加原报考专业的复试；
⑦080803-高电压与绝缘技术：各科分数达到国家A类考生要求，总分305（含305）分以上的可参加原报考专业的复试；
（二）具有上述复试资格的考生需在我校规定时间到我校报到参加复试。
四、复试内容（有意向调剂我校考生请提前做好复试准备）
复试内容一般分为以下三部分：
1、专业知识笔试（120分）；专业知识笔试内容覆盖两门以上所报考专业本科主干课程，考试时间为180分钟。
2、公共外语水平测试（90分）；测试内容以测试主观能力为主，包括听力（15%）、口试（15%）和笔试（70%）。其中笔试（含听力）考试时间为120分钟。
3、综合素质面试（90分）；综合素质面试考查考生的专业素质和综合素质，内容包含：大学阶段学习情况及成绩、专业理论知识和运用能力、对本学科发展动态的了解、创新精神和科研潜力、人文素养及举止礼仪等。每生面试时间一般不少于20分钟。
五、复试报到需携带的证件和材料
请考生提前准备好相关材料并按下列顺序装订好：
（一）应届毕业生
1.初试准考证；
2.完整注册后学生证原件（高校教务部门颁发的学生证）及复印件 -原件不用装订（报到时工作人员检查用）；
3.《教育部学籍在线验证报告》的打印件（来源地址：）；
4.身份证原件及复印件 -原件不用装订（报到时工作人员检查用）；
5. 大学期间学习成绩单原件（加盖档案管理部门或学校教务处红章）；
6. 哈尔滨理工大学2013年研究生招生政审表（需加盖学生所在院系党支部印章）（附件：）
7. 体检时需携带近期1寸免冠照片一张，体检费60元。
(二)往届毕业生
1.初试准考证；
2.身份证原件及复印件-原件不用装订（报到时工作人员检查用）；
3. 本科毕业证书、学位证书原件及复印件各一份-（报到时工作人员检查用）；
4. 大学期间学习成绩单原件（加盖档案管理部门或学校教务处红章）；
6. 哈尔滨理工大学2013年研究生招生政审表（需加盖单位人事或政治工作部门印章）（附件：）
7. 体检时需携带近期1寸免冠照片一张，体检费60元。
（三）同等学历考生：
1.获得国家承认的高职高专毕业学历后，经2年或2年以上（从高职高专毕业到2012年9月1日，下同），达到与大学本科毕业生同等学力，且符合我校下列要求的考生：①&
2.国家承认学历的本科结业生和成人高校（含普通高校举办的成人高等学历教育）应届本科毕业生，按本科毕业生同等学力身份报考。
以上两类同等学历考生，除上述材料外，还应按要求提供大学外语四级证原件及复印件和专升本10门以上成绩单原件。
