【文　摘】由于血液Ca^＋＋较Tca更能反映患者的临床症状与钙代谢的关系，因此血液Ca^＋＋的测定比总钙（Tca）更具有临床意义。随着钙离子选择电极技术的发展和完善，离子钙作为一种成熟的分析技术与总钙一样可快速精确地用于临床常规测定。我科新引进的南京攀时达公司生产的PSD-15B电解质分析仪可同时报告离子钙（iCa^＋＋）、标准化离子钙（nCa^＋＋），PH、总钙（TCa）等指标。本文对各报告指标做以统计分析。
