The suitable candidate must have an M.B.A./M.Sc. with at least 3 years post training experience or appropriate bachelor’s degree and relevant professional training and at least 5 years experience. &
The person must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, organization and negotiation skills, proven knowledge of proposal writing, fundraising, project management, networking and marketing skills.
S/he must work effectively in a team and possess excellent knowledge of design, print, email, web and social media communications. S/he must also have the ability to design and implement effective communications and marketing campaigns, balance multiple priorities and pay high attention to detail.
