凤凰其实是诺基亚官方的刷机软件，客服用的就是这个，绝对比NSU安全
用凤凰刷机比较彻底，刷机包中的NG和游戏也会刷出来，所以刷之前请先备份手机资料
本帖用的是版，支持Windows 7，且可在控制面板中卸载。本教程都是在Win7下操作并截图的。
如果出现刷不了的情况，请去诺基亚官网下载安装最新版PC套件
由于网吧系统的特殊性，尽量不要去网吧刷
说一下大概步骤：

这时USB出现并在NO CONNECTION的上面（不在上面就点右边的箭头移到上面去），点击Apply，然后点Close关闭
