宝宝不小心在院子里(水泥地伴有水泥沙子)摔跤了,后脑勺着地的,一看后脑勺正中还起了个包,有手指大还伴有红色血点在上面,估计是水泥沙子印子,马上送医院去,医生摸了看了下说没有事,继续观察中没有异常,第二天(摔跤后30多个小时)晚上喝完牛奶就吐了,还把晚上吃的粥也吐出来了,东西闻着都带酸味变质的味道,白天吹了点凉风,不知道是否是受凉呕吐,还是摔跤造成的呕吐,后面好久都没有吃东西,给他喂了午时茶,大概3-4小时后,他要吃东西,吃了没有吐,其他一直正常
曾经的治疗情况和效果：
冷敷加云南白药,那个包小多了,从头皮上依然能看到红色的包
想得到怎样的帮助：不知道是否是受凉呕吐,还是摔跤造成的呕吐,那个包要多久才完全消掉,会有后遗症吗?其他精神方面还好,只是天凉有点感冒
