摇窗机、升降器，你还能难倒赛纳车主吗（115楼起重要更新）？？？？？？
这是第二次维修摇窗机（玻璃升降器）了，比较有准备。。。
但对许多人来说，也许只是听说，根本没有实际操作的条件和机会，出了问题后，只能肉痛滴去花上1000多大米，挨上一刀。。。
更有很多先驱前仆后继操刀上阵，有成功也有失败。。。
本帖就是要解除令赛纳车主谈虎色变的摇窗机困惑，若你有所准备，一样可以成为专家，区区小病，何足挂齿。。。
首先，得搞懂这玩意的基本结构、原理。。。上图，直观科普。。。
黄线，示意窗玻璃，固定于窗机两轨道的玻璃托架上。。。
轨道由三根钢丝相互连接，钢丝通过电机滑轮（绞盘）驱动，带动托架作上下运动，实现玻璃升降。。。
图中，三根钢丝的轨迹与起止点，分别用三色示意，各位看官，请仔细看明白，后面才好理解。。。
直接与绞盘连接的是绿线与，蓝色线是两玻璃托架间的连接。。。
简单的说，就是，三根线，六个端头，两个托架，一个绞盘。。。
其中，每个托架和绞盘上分别有两个固定线端头的固定孔。。。
以上理论是本蒙古大夫胡编乱造，不必介意正统与严密，只是示意。。。

想办法，对相关部件进行有效检查后，如果能排除其他电器故障原因，又不想轻易花大米当冤大头，你就只剩拆解检查维修这条路了。。。

决定了要成为达人，就没有回头路啦，首先需要准备是主要材料。。。
很简单，柔软优质不锈钢钢丝及契合能力合适的卡头。。。
适合赛纳的钢丝直径1.2-1.5mm，卡头为型号M2的铝制双孔8字卡头。。。
你只需输入“进口晾衣架钢丝”搜索，其他的事某宝会为你完成。。。
以下是我的判断，仅供参考。。。也许你会比我做的更好。。。
据说是进口原料，7*7=49股捻制而成，1.5mm，8米2根。。。比较柔软

完成以上步骤，拆卸完所有螺丝后，此时整个内饰门板就只靠内部七颗卡子支撑了，选定较松懈的一角下手，用点力扳动内饰板，同时用那个黄色叉子撬动内饰卡子，整个板就分离下来了。。。
七个红圈是卡子结合孔。。。

荣威550后摇窗机不工作
一辆09款荣威550两后摇窗机不工作，此车带一键升窗。连接X431进车身控制器无故障，数据流后门开关信号也有，动作测试前门可以控制，后门无反应。测量所有保险完好。怀疑线路有问题，因为没有此车线路图，所以拆了左后门内饰，电机上有5条线，有3条12V，2条开关工作时变0V，说明开关信号没问题。有拆下右前门内饰，测量电机电压，只有2条线12V,发现有条白色线电压0V ，说明问题出在这里.应该是这条线断路。从后门顺着线找到，前乘客侧座椅下有一连接点发霉了。处理方法‘重新焊接这条线。看下图。
