　　Attending schools abroad has many advantages. In the first place, by looking at our own country from outside, we can best see the strong points and weak points of our nation and therefore widen our vision and broaden our minds. Second, while studying in a foreign country, we can travel widely, visiting famous scenic spots and making friends with the local people. Thirdly we can use the foreign language in our daily life so that our ability in the second language may be improved quickly. But the most important thing in attending a foreign university is to get acquainted with the latest knowledge in science and technology and make use of the first-rate facilities available. For all these advantages, it is really worthwhile to go abroad for education.
　　However, as everything has two sides, there are also some disadvantages in attending a foreign university. The most serious problem is the language barrier. Most of the students who are ready to go abroad do not adequate knowledge of the language spoken there. As a result, on arriving there, they will find it difficult to understand what the instructors are saying. Besides, for lack of knowledge of the customs and way of life of the local people, they may run into trouble in dealing with various situations. Therefore, misunderstandings often arise. Furthermore, the cost of living is much higher than that in our country, so most students have to find part-tine jobs in order to help support themselves. Faced with these difficulties, many students find themselves unable to pay full attention to their studies and some students may even fail in their courses and learn little.
　　Therefore, given an opportunity to attend a school abroad, one must consider both sides of the factors carefully before making up his mind. On the whole, it is a good thing to go and study abroad particularly when the subject is very weak or not available in our country. But on the

Study abroadChoosing which university to attend is a big decision for a young person to make.Some students prefer to stay near their homes,and live with their parents while at school.Others choose to move far away to a different country for their education.I believe that latter students choose to move away to experience a new culture,to learn a new language,or to go to a specific university that specializes in their field of study.Moving to a new country is an eye-opening experience.The way society works in other cultures is very different from one's own.For example,I had a friend who went to school in Canada.She constantly told me stories about the differences in the food,the architecture,and the way people treat each other.One cannot fully understand his/her own culture until he/her has compared it with another that is vastly different.For this reason,moving to a new country to go to school can be of great importance for students who wish to study international relations.When one moves to a new country,it is much easier to learn the language of that country.For example,my friend who moved to Canada studied English for years before her departure.While she could express herself,she never fully mastered the language.However,upon her return,I was shocked and amazed at her new level of English.She was completely fluent,and thus gained a great new skill because she studied abroad.The last reason why students choose to study abroad is because in some cases,doing so is the only way to enter the program one is interested in.For example,if one wants to study marine biology,it would be best if he/she went to a university that was located near the ocean.Also,some schools are known to be the best in a particular field.For instance,in America,Harvard is known to be the best school for law.So,I believe that students study away because they are interested in learning about new cultures,learning new languages,or studying specific programs.While there are many excellent reasons to study in one's home country,studying abroad can offer many new and exciting experiences. 下载

　　Nowadays many Chinese students are interested in studying abroad. They spend much more time, energy and money on the preparation for studying abroad than on their own majors in college. And some of them even begin to prepare for GRE and TOFEL at the beginning of their college life.
　　Why are they so over-enthusiastic about studying abroad? One of the reasons may be that they prefer a different style of life, which can open a new world to them and help enrich their experiences. Moreover, he or she will become a multi-cultural person.Secondly, they can improve their foreign language quickly, and thus they are likely to get a good job. Lastly, better laboratory equipment and large amounts of information may be another attraction for many students.
　　However, as everything has two sides, there are also some problems in attending a foreign university such as language barrier, lack of knowledge of the local culture, etc. Therefore, misunderstandings often arise, in addition, the cost of living is so high that the students have to find part-time jobs in order to help support themselves. This may cause them not to pay full attention to their studies and fail in their courses and learn little.
　　As for met, I would like to study abroad in the future. But the cost is too high for me to afford, so I will work for several years in China after graduation, Then I think I will be better prepared not only in finance but also in experiences, so that I may catch an opportunity to study abroad.
