根据经验:你用40mm-60mm的大块焦就行了,不要太大,否则到炉内后易破碎,从而影响炉子的透气性,甚至破坏顺行.焦炭的冷态指标和热态指标很重要,1080m3的炉子最好M40要大于82%;M10要小于7%;反应性小于26%;反应后强度大于66%.满足以上条件就可以了.至于粒度15mm-25mm的焦丁可以加到矿里用,一般15kg/t铁就可以了.25mm-40mm的中块焦也可单独使用,但不如用大块焦好.以上只供朋友参考哦!
