大学英语四、六级（CET-4/6）考试作文评分标准
一、大纲要求
大学英语四、六级考试中，考核写作能力的部分称作“短文写作”（Written
expression_r_r_r）。在大学英语四、六级考试中安排短文写作这一部分，其主要目的是考核考生用英语进行书面表达的能力，也就是语言的运用能力。具体地说，新《大纲》要求四级“能就一定的话题或提纲在半小时内写出120-150词的短文”，六级能在半小时内写出150-180词的短文。这种考试意义上的写作，不可避免地要受到考试时间、大规模判卷等客观因素的制约，因此大学英语四、六级考试中的作文部分不是自由作文，而是有控制的作文，即通过试卷的命题形式，对考生写什么内容、作文的字数以及短文的展开方向都有比较明确的要求。
短文写作（Part V
Writing）：共1题，考试时间为30分钟。要求考生写出一篇不少于120-150词的短文。试卷上可能给出题目，或规定情景，或要求看图表作文，或给出段首句要求续写，或根据所给文章（英语或汉语）写出摘要或大意，或给出关键词写短文等等。要求切题、能够正确表达思想、意义连贯、文理基本通顺，无重大语言错误。写作的内容包括日常生活、科技、社会和文化等方面的一般常识。
短文写作部分的目的是测试学生运用英语书面表达思想的初步能力。
二、评分原则
1.大学英语考试目的是检查考生是否达到大学英语教学大纲规定的四级和六级教学要求，对作文的评分应以此要求为准则。
2.大学英语考试作文题采用总体评分（Global
Scoring）方法。阅卷人员就总的印象给出奖励分（Reward Scores），而不是按语言点的错误数目扣分。
3.从内容和语言两个方面对作文进行综合评判。内容和语言是一个统一体。作文应表达题目所规定的内容，而内容要通过语言来表达。要考虑作文是否切题，是否充分表达思想，也要考虑是否用英语清楚而确切地表达思想，也就是要考虑语言上的错误是否造成理解上的障碍。
4.避免趋中倾向。该给高分的给高分，包括满分；该给低分的给低分，包括0分。阅卷人员在评阅的全部作文卷中不应只给中间的几种分数。
三、评分标准
1.短文写作部分满分为15分。
2.阅读标准共分五等：14分、11分、8分、5分及2分。各有参考卷一至两份。
3.阅卷人员根据阅卷标准，对照参考卷评分，若认为与某一分数（如8分）相似，即定为该分数（即8分）；若认为稍优或稍劣于该分数，则可加一分（即9分）或减一分（即7分）。但不得加或减半分。
4.各段评分标准。
14分——切题。表达思想清楚，文字通顺。连惯性较好。基本上无语言错误，仅有个别小错。
11分——切题。表达思想清楚，文字连贯，但有少量语言错误。
8分——基本切题。有些地方表达思想不够清楚，文字勉强连贯；语言错误相当多，其中有一些是严重错误。
5分——基本切题。表达思想不清楚，连贯性差。有较多严重的语言错误。
2分——条理不清，思路紊乱，语言支离破碎或大部分句子均有错误，且多数为严重错误。
注意：白卷，作文与题目毫不相关，或只有几个孤立的词而无法表达思想，则给0分。
5.字数不足应酌情扣分：
注：(1).如题目给出主题句、起始句、结束句，均不得计入所写字数。
(2).只写一段者：0——4分；只写两段者：0——9分（指规定的三段的作文）。
6.为了便于阅卷人员掌握评分标准，现将各档作文分相当于百分制的得分列表如下，称为得分率。其中9分的得分率为60分（相当于百分制的60分）
