更换启动马达碳刷详细作业！
这几天好几次启动无任何反应，一开始以为启动马达直接挂了，后来每次敲一下就能启动，论坛到处一顿搜索相关资料，论坛果然是什么都有，估计就是启动马达碳刷要换了。看到以及SGM7301GL的帖子，直接换3000的碳刷就可以，直接开到吴中汽配市场（10几分钟，不远）。问了十几家店都只有启动马达总成，最后在一家小店老板娘人不错，拿出一大堆让自己挑。按照淘宝图片上挑了几个走人。

很明显碳刷只剩三分之一了。。。
再说说换完感觉，换完第一次打火，哒哒两声没反应！吓一跳，小工又紧了紧螺丝。第二次勉强打上来，但是感觉不是很给力。
第三次又好了点了，果断给钱走了，开到家里又试了几次，一打就着，完全恢复了。

转子的换项器要用细沙纸擦干净才能复装,否则会引起接触不良影响运转扭力

已经用砂纸擦干净了，还有清洁剂用牙刷刷过在抹干！现在一点就着！！:laugh:原装的进口马达就是不一样线圈用了10年还是那么有力！！(y)贵的有道理啊:P
