不可能的，我们都是在设置里面直接升级
我的就是升级好，然后关机重启就出现啦这个问题
那你先在设置里恢复糸统，然后在升级
现在连机都开不开啦
那可能是中病毒了，售后服务中心看看刷下机行不行了
一般升级手机都是自动启动，如果没升级好是不可以手动开启的我估计糸统被你一开启，乱了，所以就黑屏了
还有个办法，你用手机联接电脑，试图恢复糸统行不行了
系统不能自动升级了！是不是提示没有指令？？
我的好像是有root的，升级重启就是那种情况啦

我也出现过这种情况，你有没有root?有没有用授权管理卸载系统预装软件呢，如果有的话，先去回收站把预装软件还原，然后再进行系统升级，这样就好了。系统升级是需要所有的以前配置是完好的，因为系统升级包就是这样的。
