之前论坛上有位朋友发帖说他换了12孔的,让我性趣大增,久闻12孔喷嘴的各种优点,我朋友的和就是换了12孔,变得安静,起步动力有所增加,未见异常,但皇冠用12控导致的平均油耗,实时油耗都严重偏低,仅此而已...
我一直都耿耿于怀为何网上几乎都搜索不到有宝来换12控呢?
no no no~~~打住!
此贴说的凸轮轴位置传感器故障,不扯喷油嘴的事情了...
话说...那天,从网友口中得知喷油嘴的型号后,我也上网买了,拿到手第二天就迫不及待地自己动手安装,装好之后就去试车,路上发现加速时挫车...挫车...挫车....奇怪了,难道是喷油嘴不兼容?然后我拿电脑检测故障码.
17927-凸轮轴调节:缸体左侧:故障,还有这几个故障码,状态都是:间歇
因为天色已晚,我就开车回家停好,坐朋友的车出去了,今早上班,启动什么的一切正常,我还用笔记本电脑一直在观察换喷油嘴之后的氧传感器适应之类的数据,等我跑了二十多公里差不多到公司的时候,我一脚地板油冲啊冲,正当得意的时候,挫车现象又出现了,这次更惨,还有哮喘的症状!刚要转进公司大门就死火了...
我的笔记本那时候也没什么电了,我的匆匆地看了一眼故障码,显示:
17746 凸轮轴位置传感器(G40)开路或者短路到正极
16486 空气流量传感器(G70)信号太小...
一看傻了眼,又多了一个空气流量传感器故障码!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
下午下班,我发动车子,现象就是跟以前空气流量传感器故障的症状一样,不停地喘,然后死火,无奈,拔掉空气两辆传感器的插头,正常启动,一路小心翼翼地把车开回家,正打算上网买一个新的空气流量传感器和凸轮轴传感器换上,但我也同时查找了一下关于空气流量传感器故障的检测方法,是关于测试5V和12V来判断是流量计故障还是线路故障的,于是我也下去查查,12V电压正常,和电池的电压一样,5V的就有问题了,只有2.xxV,心想:遭了!行车电脑坏了?还是有什么继电器有故障?坐到驾驶室,我发现汽车启动后,连油门加速器的数显都熄灭了,看来车子5V的电压确实出了问题,于是我好无目的地看中控台的保险,全部看完,没发现什么,偶然间我留意到,不发动发动机的话,油门加速器的显示就正常,一启动就熄灭,于是我关掉发动机,把钥匙拧到启动前的一格,去测量空气流量传感器的5V,哟!正常!一启动,电压就掉到2-3V,奇怪了?是什么地方出问题了呢?想想故障码,还有一个凸轮轴传感器,这个传感器之前大修的时候,插头给弄断了,虽然插上能继续用,但这次的故障会不会是它引起的呢?于是我把凸轮轴位置传感器的插头拔掉,发动车子,测量流量计的5V,这回5V正常了,插上空气流量传感器,发动车子,又正常了!证明空气流量传感器没坏,只是5V电压过低引起流量计不能正常工作,这回只剩下凸轮轴位置传感器的故障码了....上网买一个换上就可以了....

除了EGR是我自己拔掉之外,其他故障码都是短路引起的.

我原来的传感器短路就是中间的线槽全部粉碎了,线头直接搭铁,导致包括空气流量计在内的各种故障,最危险的还是过高速状态下松油门不减速,一直保持在三四千转,踩刹车也不能减速,最后只好挂入空挡踩刹车,发动机才呼的一声停下来,很害人.

装上新的,好无技术含量.

由于正时防尘罩老化,拆的时候全碎了,目前只好让他们裸奔先....
呵呵~~~装车之后一切正常,故障码消除.

这是旧的凸轮轴位置传感器,除了短路,功能是正常的,处理一下,粘回来做备用吧.
