不管中药还是西药，有一点是相同。那就是发汗解热，汗出热退。这主要是由于缉常光端叱得癸全含户风邪寒邪束缚于肌肤表面，需要得汗才解。那中药退烧药性属于辛温类，增加人体热量，从而使得寒邪迫出肌肤而发散，所以会温度上升。西药原理也如此。估计退烧功劳在中药，温度高是药性在起作用，刚好又吃了西药，误解了中药。
