点击更新的时候按住shift,选择你下好的固件就可以了

把固件放到下载目录里再试试

不是每次更新系统都会带来好处的，系统只有适合自己的，没有最好的，一般还是不要更新，越更新越卡
你去申请个账号就好了。 在itunes store找个免费软件,然后创建新账号。如果不会,采纳答案,帮你申请

如果你现在说以前版本的苹果ROM的话
手机没法激活
如果你以前在电脑上的itunes上进行过备份的话
还是能恢复的
