I would definitely recommend Rick to anyone looking to have their hardwood floors done. I stumbled across Rick just by browsing the phone book, and couldn?t be happier that I did. We met with a few contractors before we decided who to go with. I am glad that we chose Rick! The work was outstanding, and we are definitely going to ask him to do some more work for us in the near future. Everyone that sees the newly finished floors are AMAZED that they are the same floors. Can?t go wrong with Taylormade Hardwood Floors!- Brian Mason

We have had Rick refinish old hardwood floors, sand and prep a porch floor for painting, and install pre-finished floors. We are very happy with his work and plan to hire him to do some more refinishing in the future. There are few contractors I can recommend without reservation -- Rick is one of them.

&对于我们来说，我们没有更多理由不跟王石主席在重大问题上保持完全一致。昨天王石主席的讲话，也代表了我在内的所有管理层的看法。&郁亮力挺王石说，进入万科满25年来，他们共同经历了人生中许多艰难和喜悦的时刻，这些都是人生中最温暖的记忆，他们也将继续共同走下去。郁亮说，&虽然我们在很多方面都有不同风格，比如做事习惯、语言表达。&但这并不妨碍他们的合作。&
此外，郁亮从三个方面详细地解释了为何不欢迎宝能成为万科的第一大股东的原因。&作为管理者，我们有必要向利益各方提示相关的风险；作为职业经理人，我们应该尽到对全体股东，尤其是中小股东的受托责任；作为事业合伙人，我们应该对公司长远健康发展尽到守护责任。&&
对于宝能的股权争夺，郁亮表示，这是一次敌意收购。上世纪80年代美国出现民族潮和敌意并购潮，今天他们遇到的情况和敌意并购潮的表现是一样的。以史为鉴，这种敌意的结果是收购方和被收购方都不成功，而更多的投资者，相关银行和金融机构都受到损失。&我们有责任向利益各方揭示相关的危险。&郁亮强调，作为职业经理人，要尽到对全体股东，尤其是中小股东的受托责任，向相关各方揭示风险。（马秀红）
