请教一个S5700的故障问题
我们这里有一个宿舍区正在测试一台S5700的交换机,在使用过程中有个故障的现象是:玩游戏的人会掉线,或者突然一下延迟很大,然后过会就好了,而且不轮是否是高峰期,其他使用没有太大的问题。。我们之前用的是Extreme就不会出现这种现象,现在一些其他的宿舍区用Extreme的交换机也没有这种现象,都是同一个出口的,,所以问题应该在这台交换机上,请华为的工程师帮忙看一下具体是什么原因造成的。。下面是dis出来的一些信息:

交换机是做汇聚用的,上面做了网关,dhcp中继等一些简单配置而已,有若干的网段,直接与大区的核心相连接的,下面接傻瓜式接入层交换机。请大神帮忙看一下

ARP请求报文速率超过阈值了,被cp-car 丢掉了,5700下挂了多少用户?可能是受到ARP 攻击了,
查看下哪个接口下的广播报文最多,顺藤摸瓜,找到攻击源

arp请求包被丢弃了 &会造成电脑重发arp请求 &就会断线 延迟

有600个用户左右。那怎么看每个接口的arp报文?或者直接可以看到哪些IP有问题吗?日志里面没有具体的体现出来啊...或者有没有什么方法把阀值调高一点吗?
我后来查了下资料,做了严格学习arp表项,配置了防止arp地址欺骗攻击,arp防网关冲突攻击,arp报文源抑制,arp miss源抑制,但还是不起作用,还是一样的,每隔10分钟准时会有一次报警,而且玩游戏的人还是要掉线。
实在是想不出办法了。

Quick Links【适用版本】所有版本。【问题现象】规格为2核的Windows7虚拟机,调整为4核,但是在虚拟机任务管理器中查看虚拟机仍为2核,而设备驱动器显示为4核。【问题分析】1、设备管理器中显示4个处理器,说明系统硬件设备层面已识别到4个处理器,故可排除虚拟化层的问题。2、任务管理器中显示2核,说明系统软件层只能识别2个CPU。3、查看注册表信息,发现HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor下同样显示2个CPU信息,和任务管理器中查看结果一致。4、排查系统配置:在“运行”中输入“msconfig”打开“系统配置”,发现“引导-高级选项-处理器数”项配置为2,且下拉框中最大值为2。如图所示:5、将“处理器数”配置项去勾选,重启虚拟机,虚拟机启动成功后查看任务管理,发现可以显示正常的4核。6、再次勾选“处理器数”配置项并将数目设为2,重启虚拟机后CPU核数不一致的现象再次出现,与“问题现象”中描述一致。综上,系统配置中“处理器数”配置项决定了Windows系统使用几个物理核启动,该问题为用户勾选“处理器数”选项导致。【解决方法】:1、单击“开始”,在“运行”中输入“msconfig”,打开“系统配置”界面。2、在“系统配置”中单击“引导”页签,并单击“高级选项”,弹出“引导高级选项”界面。3、去勾选“处理器数”配置项。4、重启虚拟机。华为云计算(gh_c622f9b72beb)
