尿常规上皮细胞临床意义
扁平，一般临床意义不大。因来源不同，有表层、中层、底层移行上皮细胞之分，其中中层移行上皮细胞增多常见于等。小圆形上皮细胞来自肾，正常尿中少见，肾小管病变时可大量出现，对肾实质疾病的定位诊断有一定价值。当肾慢性充血、肾梗塞及血红蛋白沉着时，可见胞质内含有棕色颗粒（）的圆形细胞。

正常人的尿液中，有时可发现少数。如果有肾小球肾炎时，尿中上皮细胞会增多，如果肾小管有病变时，可出现许多上皮细胞，有时阴道分泌物混入尿液中也会有许多。
