  在《英语课程标准》中提出:“创设各种合作学习的活动,促使学生互相学习,互相帮助,体验荣誉感和成就感,发展合作精神”,“使学生认识自己学习的优势与不足,乐于与他人合作,养成和谐与健康向上的品格”。因此,随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入,“小组合作学习”教学模式作为一种新的教学组织形式,在近年来的教学中应用越来越广泛。
  小组合作学习简介及教学意义&
  小组合作学习是一种教学策略,它是将班级学生按一定要求组合成学习小组,共同研究和探讨教师或他们自己设定的学习任务,共同开展学习活动,使小组每一个成员都获得较好的学习成效。
  合作学习不仅是认知的需要,它有着更广泛、更深刻的意义。首先,它为学生提供一个更加平等、和谐的互动的环境,有利于学生情感的投入,个性的发展。其次,为了解决共同的问题学生各抒己见,产生观念上的碰撞和思维上的冲突,有利于学生形成正确的竞争意识。为了达到共同的目标,他们又会相互倾听、协商,达成一致,在矛盾和冲突中学会合作,在合作学习中体会到一个人的力量是有限的,而集体的智慧是无限的,在这个过程中,学生回不断调整自我,培养团队精神与合作意识。而且,在互相讨论和启发中,使学生的思考不断深化,有利于对知识的深层次理解。
  小组合作学习的优势&
  &1.小组合作学习增强学生的自信心。通过建立互补式的学习小组,将水平不同的学生编在一个组,在学习中做到互补。实行平等的学习展示,学生经过自学和合作学习,完成了基本的学习目标,有了展示的愿望,教师为学生提供机会,创造互相帮助、共同进步的学习氛围,这种不分彼此,人人平等的学习,使后进生有了自信,增强了同学之间的团结和友谊。&
  2.小组合作学习减少学生的焦虑感。与传统的外语教学方式相比,合作学习中学生的焦虑感大大降低了。这是因为小组合作学习改变了课堂组织结构,营造了宽松的学习氛围,提高了学生学习的积极性,使学生尽量多说,大胆开口,不怕说错。&
  &3.小组合作学习提高了学习效率。在小组合作学习中,由于强调小组中每个成员都积极参与到学习活动中,并且每个成员都带有极大的热情,学习任务由大家共同分担,集思广益,各抒己见,人人各尽所能,这样使学习中的问题更容易解决,提高了学习效率。&
  4.小组合作学习有利于培养学生的自学能力。合作学习把学生由旁观者变为参与者。它主张那些已经掌握某种知识和技能的同学将知识和技能教其他成员。作为讲授者的学生,为了能教得更清楚、透彻,必须对所学的材料进行认真的阅读和分析。其他同学也希望在课堂上表现出色,因此他们要做好充分的预习工作。学生的学习积极性、自觉性提高了,自学能力也有了相应的提高。&
  5.小组合作学习有利于培养学生的组织能力。在组织对话和操练过程中,小组长要充分考虑对话的难易程度及组员的水平,根据实际情况安排谁先谁后,谁问谁答。小组长在不断的组织学习中,组织能力得到锻炼和提高,组员间的协作能力也得到了提高。
  6.小组合作学习有利于拓展学生学习的空间。合作学习将个体间的学习竞争关系改变为“组内合作”、“组际竞争”的关系。同时,也将传统教学中的师生之间的单向或双向竞争改变为师生、生生之间的多向交流,并且将学生的课内学习延伸到课外,不断丰富学生的课外知识。
  小组合作学习中容易出现的问题&
  &1.“小组合作学习”流于形式,不注重实质、课堂效率。合作学习成为当前一种时尚的教学组织形式,但同时也处在诸多问题。主要问题是合作学习流于形式的较多,教师有句口头禅:“合作戏不够,小组学来凑。”通过分组讨论,以显示课堂形式的多样,课堂气氛的热烈。从表面上,课堂气氛比较活跃,课堂教学热热闹闹,但从实际的教学效果看,学生并没有学到东西,头脑一片空白。讨论时间给得不够,刚刚分好组,没说几句,还没来得及形成比较完整的答案,就被老师止住安排下一项内容了,合作学习显得匆忙而零乱。而且,教师简单地把学生提出的不同见解纳入到预定的答案中去,让学生刚刚有的那份“激情”消逝了。这是本人在刚开始实践这一教学形式时存在的困惑之一。
  2.将小组合作学习理解为小组讨论。我们经常会看到这样的教学场面:当教学进行到某个环节时(通常是教师的提问无人应答,教学进行不下去),教师便要求学生分小组讨论。这时,学生各说各的,有的利用这个机会讲闲话。同学们不善于独立思考,不善于互相配合,不善于尊重别人的意见,也不善于做必要的谦让。学生讨论后,教师依次听取汇报,汇报完毕,课堂教学活动便宣告结束。教师的作用难以体现,小组合作学习处于一种缺乏控制的自由状态。
  3.每节课都采用“小组合作学习”的形式进行教学。小组合作学习是新课程倡导的学习方式,但不是所有的内容都适合,不一定每节课都要搞小组合作学习,也并非所有的教学任务都要通过小组活动才能完成。班级学习、个人学习仍有着独特的地位和作用,在组织教学时,应根据教学的需要,选择有价值的内容,让学生在独立思考的基础上进行讨论、交换意见。此外,如果提出的问题过于简单,没能提供合作学习的契机,那讨论将成为一种摆设、形式。
  小组合作学习过程中教师的责任&
  合作学习强调学生是学习的主体,强调学生自主探究,并不是不要教师指导,也不是说教师可以撒手不管,更不能推卸教师教育学生的责任,教师要负担起管理和调控的职责。教师应当深入到学习小组中,参与学生的学习,对学生在合作学习中出现的问题进行指导。在小组讨论时,如果教师袖手旁观,以为这是“放”,结果由于教师对各种情况心中无数,就会影响下一步教学;如果下去指指点点,又会干扰学生的讨论。因此,我认为,教师应当以听和看为主,深入了解,在充分了解的基础上迅速加以思考,下一步的教学应该做哪些调整,哪些问题值得全班进行讨论,哪些问题需要教师讲解,教师都要深思而作出恰当的选择。
  小组合作学习教学形式的反思&
  “小组合作学习”是课堂教学中充分发挥学生主体作用的一种有效方法,也是当前引导学生主动学习的重要途径。课堂中利用小组合作学习可以让学生优势互补,有利于培养学生探究意识和合作精神,也有利于学生口语交际和解决问题能力的发展。我在教改实践初期也有过流于形式的做法,也不能否认在运用小组合作学习的课堂上还存在误区。但在教学实践中我渐渐悟出教学中不能为了合作学习而进行合作学习,应根据教学内容和学生的实际情况选择恰当的时机进行,才能发挥其最大的作用。一切均应从实际效果去考虑,防止走过场。总之,小组合作学习这种方式符合学生乐于交往的心理需求,符合课改精神,有利于调动起全体学生参与到学习的全过程,也有利于培养学生团结协作和社会交往的能力。 &
