你好，考虑慢性结膜炎，原因较多，其中最主要的致病原因是感染因素，多为细菌感染，如摩-阿杆菌、链球菌等。可由急性炎症未治愈或治疗不彻底转为慢性.对细菌引起者给予适当抗菌素眼药水及眼膏，如氯霉素眼液、诺氟沙星眼液、红霉素眼膏等，同时加用适量的收敛性眼液，如维他眼液。非细菌性者在查找原因并去除的基础上，局部给0.25～0.5%硫酸锌眼药水或适量皮质类固醇眼药；若为眼睛本身的疾病引起，则需积极治疗眼睛本身病变；若长期使用眼药水或眼药膏所引起的，可先停用眼药一段时间；若是干眼病患者需点用不含防腐剂的人工泪液。另外，湿热敷是治疗慢性结膜炎的简单易行而有效的方法：一般采用湿毛巾热敷眼部(闭眼睛)，每天3～4次
