　　国医在线讯&玉溪市中医医院中医特色护理门诊经过充分筹备后，于9月初开诊。护理门诊的出诊人员是医院从事临床护理工作20多年、大多拥有本科学历、职称为主管护师或副主任护师的资深护理人员。
　　护理门诊在国内外已经普遍开展，但中医特色护理门诊才刚刚兴起，对于广大群众来说，还是个新鲜事物。据介绍，中医有很多非药物的养生、保健、治疗方法，但以前基本是在各科室病房里使用，很多患者想要定期得到专业中医护理必须住院才行，十分不方便。中医特色护理门诊就是把中医护理服务从病房前移到门诊，由具有丰富临床经验的护理专家出诊，采用中医的护理方法，为患者提供一个集康复和健康指导、、心理调护等为一体的方便快捷的综合性、系统性的中医特色护理服务。
　　据介绍，根据玉溪市中医医院护理技术力量和人力资源现状，结合医院护理特色优势，医院护理门诊先以护理部、糖尿病科、心病科、脑病科、急诊科、肺病科、科为试点，逐步向各专科护理业务推开。
　　目前已开诊的护理服务有：
　　一、中医特色护理技术门诊。以&辨证施护&为原则，应用艾灸、穴位贴敷、耳穴压籽、火罐、穴位自血疗法、穴位按摩等中医特色护理技术，结合现代护理手段，对各种慢性痛症、慢性腹泻、过敏性鼻炎、哮喘、感冒、失眠、近视、头痛等已病、未病人群进行调护及保健康复咨询。
　　二、糖尿病护理咨询门诊。对糖尿病患者进行中医膳食、运动、服药、情志调护、糖尿病足的防治、血糖监测、胰岛素注射方法、自我管理等指导。
　　三、高血压健康咨询门诊。对高血压患者进行服药、中医膳食、运动康复、生活起居、情志调护、自我管理的健康指导，为患者提供中医穴位自我按压、降压操的培训及应用穴位贴敷、耳穴压籽等中医特色护理技术对高血压病进行护理干预。
　　四、中风患者健康咨询门诊。对中风患者进行功能评估、运动康复、中医膳食、生活起居、情志调护、自我管理的健康指导。应用穴位按摩、筋络疏通手法、穴位贴敷、耳穴压籽等中医特色护理技术，结合现代康复技术进行康复护理干预，为患者提供中风一级、二级预防的健康咨询。
　　五、管道护理咨询门诊。对PICC管、中心静脉管、浅静脉管、空肠管等各种管道进行置入、维护、管理及健康咨询。
