The Joint Programming Initiative "Connecting Climate Knowledge for Europe" () is a pan-European intergovernmental initiative gathering 20 European countries to jointly coordinate climate research and fund new transnational research initiatives that provide useful climate knowledge and services for post-COP21 Climate Action.
JPI Climate is currently revising the Strategic Research Agenda (SRA) that has guided its activities since 2011. The intention is to reflect recent developments, both in climate and climate-related research, and the political and socio-economic environment.
You are&therefore invited you to contribute to the consultations that will form the updating of the JPI Climate SRA and the next steps towards its implementation.
One of the aims of this consultation is to get information on what issues could potentially be addressed by JPI Climate to respond to the challenges proposed in the revised SRA, and how those issues could be tackled, including how to do so most effectively and efficiently. Your responses to this consultation will allow JPI Climate to better understand where JPI Climate can add value and have the greatest impact.
The consultation is open from 08.02.2016 to 01.04.2016.
