其实这并不是鱼鳞病.鱼鳞病又叫‘蛇皮癣’,是一种角化障碍性皮肤病.多以皮肤干燥,粗糙为主.有明显的斑纹,状如鱼鳞(或蛇皮状)起白皮,有的有灰褐色鱼鳞屑或黑色鱼鳞屑以及深重的斑纹,伴有皮肤角化过度(毛周有颗粒状出现). 你着只不过是鱼鳞牢固地粘附在皮肤上而已.其实它是不会长大的,只要用些酒精等有机溶剂或者双氧水就可以洗掉了.

3.先天性鱼鳞病样红皮病 (1)出生时全身即有铠甲样多层鳞屑，脱落后出现粗糙湿润面，可有松弛性大?； (2)严重者手足呈爪形； (3)常染色体显性遗传。
4.层板状鱼鳞病 (1)婴儿全身生后为一层广泛火棉胶状膜紧紧包裹，数日后该膜脱落，皮肤广泛潮红，上有大片多角鳞屑，中央粘着，边缘游离； (2)掌?角化过度，指甲及毛发过度生长； (3)２／３患者有睑外翻。
诊断依据：
1.遗传性疾病；
2.四型的皮损表现；
3.组织病理改变 (1)显性遗传性鱼鳞病：表皮中度角化过度，伴颗粒层变薄或消失； (2)性联寻常型鱼鳞病：角化过度，颗粒层正常或稍厚； (3)表皮松解角化过度鱼鳞病：角化过度，表皮细胞松解，颗粒变性。
疗：
治疗原则
1.目前无根治方法，治疗目的是缓解症状，增加角质层含水量和促进正常角化；
2.全身治疗，可试用维生素Ａ，１３－顺维甲酸、银屑灵或氨甲蝶呤；
3.局部可用增加角质层含水量，去除过度角化的物质，如尿素霜、维甲酸、水杨酸等；
4.有感染可外用抗菌素软膏。
1.轻型鱼鳞病以口服维生素Ａ、外用尿素霜、水杨酸及维甲酸制剂；
2.外用抗菌素软膏可消除感染或除去臭味；
3.重型鱼鳞病可试用银屑灵，１３－顺维甲酸或氨甲喋呤。
预防常识：
本病无特效治疗，轻症鱼鳞病对健康无大影响，仅冬天皮肤瘙痒或乾燥，可于洗澡后外搽尿素霜等水合剂。注意个人卫生，减少臭味，重症可在医生指导下服用维甲酸类药物，表皮松解性角化过度鱼鳞病可有智力迟钝应注意开发智力。
鱼鳞病是皮肤病的一种，是属于先天性遗传性皮肤病，但不能排除感染或药物所导致基因畸变的可能性。另外，与先天性维生素A作用不良或血中维生素A水平较低也有关。
