我就是用你的方法，查到是网络锁，大概百度了一下，意思是有锁，不能解锁，只有官方解锁，好像 进去后查看SIM LOCK,里面有4项，如果都是0，则代表没有网络锁.

进去后查看SIM LOCK,里面有4项，如果都是0，则代表没有网络锁. 有5个0啊，这代表可以刷机解锁吗？
我昨晚弄了很久，解锁时关机后按音量下键+插入数据线，进入不了蓝灯模式，只能进入充电的绿灯模式，也百度了一下，说是不能解锁。哎，搞不懂啊。
不知道达人可以指点一二？

还是要ROOT 插卡信号指示是灰色的，开机需要输入SIM的网络锁的PIN，多次错输入也没有像网上说的会接着输入PUK码，只是一直提示SIM卡网络锁密码错误，单可以点取消输入PIN密码后，直接进入操作菜单，WIFI和其他操作都没问题，就是开机提示要输入网络锁的PIN，且不能打电话。

　　下面介绍下三星Galaxy I9250 SIM卡网络锁解锁的方法，希望对机友们有所帮助。
　　1、把压缩包解压。
　　2.打开re文件管理器，挂载为读/写。
　　3.把factory文件夹复制到手机根目录替换原文件。
　　4.把radio文件夹复制到根目录/data/下替换原文件。
　　不用更改权限
　　5.关机，插上sim卡，开机。
　　6.大功告成。
　　ps:如果换一张sim卡，会提示输入pin码，输入1234就oK
