建议你根据自己的电脑型号，到官方网查看所有硬件的驱动，安装后一般即可正常。先安装主板驱动，安装完成后重新启动再安装其它硬件驱动，安装完成后应该可以正常。如果使用精简版系统的话，也有可能安装无法成功。其次是在安装前，你可以右击该设备选卸载，然后再安装驱动，安装完成后重启，如果还是存在这个东西，就继续安装其它硬件的驱动判断是哪个硬件的驱动有问题。
现在莫名其妙没了这个， ，
如果你重启下系统看它有没有，如果真没有的话，就是没有了。
也可能是你运行某个程序时需要相应的硬件驱动而导致该设备出现，以后注意看是哪个程序启动导致就行。再出现的话，建议你安装主板所有驱动一般即可正常（最好是官方网）。
不过我重启后没声音了，
看来是驱动确实不正常。你还是按我的方法重新安装一次官方驱动吧。先安装主板驱动（如果是品牌机，可以到官方网根据电脑型号下载安装。如果是组装机，请使用主板驱动盘安装，或者根据主板的产家和型号到官方网下载安装），安装完主板所有驱动后（可能需要重新启动）再安装其它硬件驱动即可。

这个有两种可能一是你的CS6是破解版刚好这个CS6版本没有这个功能，二是如果你的破解版有这个功能，为什么不能导入呢，那是你没有安装QUICK TIME PLAYER 插件注意要V7.5以上的版本才可以的，在网上搜就行了，很多的。
