5对于我这个不会开车的鸟人来说，这家酒店最赞的一点就是可以步行去逛outlet。在美国乡下地方，出一次门并不容易=,=于是对面的outlet成了我经常去的好地方~~当然当然，不忘A很多东西回来啦，PS凭公司狗牌，可以free的那道一张coupou：）说回酒店，hilton下面的Inn, 服务/卫生没话说因为公司pay，所以价格贵了点，也可以接受，自己出来玩不会住的啦PS~~自助早餐还算丰盛，但酒店除了早餐，别的正餐该不供应哦。。。住宿时间：2008年3月性价比位置睡眠质量舒适度卫生服务感谢 babygnu

Google翻译 I called the hotel to inquire about some charges they made on my credit card account, after I had stayed at their hotel this past weekend (July 22nd 2017). A woman who answered when I called on July 25th around 3 PM PST was extremely rude with me and did not allow me to ask any questions about the charges. When I repeated that I wanted an exact dollar amount of the charges that they were going to refund, she gave me a number that was much less than what I was seeing. When I tried to clarify this, she interrupted and said that I should speak to her manager.She connected me to someone else but I only got voicemail. After leaving a message, I called the hotel back to try and ask if I could speak with some one else, the same woman picked up the phone. But as soon as I said &Hello&, she left the phone and probably walked away, leaving the line open. I'm writing this review as I'm still waiting on the other end of the line, and I can hear her talking to someone else.So she intentionally cut me off by walking away from the phone. Its been 10 minutes so far and still no answer. As a paid customer, who just spent over $250 at their hotel just 3 days ago, I feel insulted and very much disrespected. I'm going to dispute the credit card charges but I wanted to write this review so other guests can be warned.
