长达一个多月的安永校招，网申+OT+AC面+Par面，虽然表现的不好，还是给大家参考一下。
我是在9月4号完成的网申9月11号收到了OT以及材料递交通知，9月28号收到了AC面的邀请，面试时间是10月17号下午1点半，地点在上海环球金融中心28F。
10月20号收到了Par面邀请，面试时间是10月23号下午2点（后来因为par出差，调整到了27号下午2点），par办公室是在44F。
我是985大学数学专业的学生，绩点3.52，辅修了金融工程，有自学的经历。之所以称之为一次特别的经历，是因为我大学只是认真读了三年书，对，其他事情没干过，比如社团，实习等。
通过网申的那一刻都感到特别意外，因为一直听说四大对英语要求挺高的，毕竟AC面都是有英语要求的，而且我六级都没过，也没有任何实习经验。但不管如何，既然收到了OT那就全力以赴吧，而且安永的OT可以选择中文的。
由于OT做的挺不错的，收到AC面的时候其实并没有太多的惊喜，之后就特别认真准备英语了。毕竟从高一到大四一直在学数学和其他感兴趣的课程，没有怎么碰过英语了。
我选择的英语练习材料是：针对case分析的case in point和针对面试口语的IQA（interview questions answered）。事实证明，真的应该非常感谢这两本书。
case in point教会了我如何运用框架和方法去分析案例，对我这种非财会非商科的学生是极有帮助的；IQA锻炼了我口语水平，从小到大还真没怎么说过英语，估计国庆期间花在英语口语上的时间比以前所有时间加起来都多好多：先是丢开课本，播放一句，暂停，然后跟读，如果跟不了，倒带反复；然后翻开课本，不暂停，跟着录音反复朗读，一气呵成；最后丢开课本，不暂停，跟着录音反复朗读，一气呵成。
英语确实太差了，所以刚开始的时候一个小时才读了5,6分钟的音频，但还是坚持下来了。
通过我的个人信息并结合两次面试经历来看，英语成绩或许并不是四大筛选的硬性指标，更多的是要发现candidate的闪光点吧，或许3.52的绩点以及数学专业的逻辑思维能力比较受青睐吧。
填写网申的时候都有好多英文的地方看不懂。材料递交环节要求把很多材料放在一个不超过1MB的pdf文件里，当时的文件是1.2MB左右，所以这个大小不一定是硬性规定，只要不是太大应该就没问题的。
Online Test
这个大家要多花时间寻找题库练习一下，今年EY换了新题库ace。
verbal：杀人鲸、孪生兄妹、粒子对撞、输血、色素、城市化。整体来说不是很难，其中要注意一下有种问法&做出了哪一项假设&，相当于是问前提条件，也相当于有了这个假设，才有原文中的某个内容描述。比较典型的是城市化有道题目，应该是对&城市居民数量提供了衡量城市化的一种方法&作出了假设，因为文中提到了&一半世界人口&、&三分之一世界人口&等来&度量&城市化进程。
numerical：大学生论文、唱片、高校学生专业分布、汽油柴油、机票和酒店、饮料。这部分感觉有些BUG题目，算不出答案来。
logical：这部分题目时间比较赶，需要6分钟做15道，难度和其他题库差不多，基本上是常见的那几个变换。
essay：抽到的是AI，这部分在开头里特别说明了是主要考察语言能力而不是对相关知识的了解程度
关于性格测试分为两部分，建议大家在做第一部分的时候把自己选的程度记下来，因为第二部分就要对第一部分的进行程度排序（每一道题六个描述，最上面排自己最符合的，一直到最下面排自己最不符合的）。
非常非常感谢队友的照顾，把pre的introduction部分分配给我了，因为这部分对英语要求比较低，只需要对公司做一个整体介绍，然后说明一下整个小组pre的流程安排即可。大家在讨论的环节一定要积极参与讨论，敢于表达自己的观点。
有个小小的建议：如果字写的好，并且英语好的话，可以争取在讨论开始的时候随着大家的讨论进展把pre框架写在白板上的角色。因为这对团队的贡献和作用非常大，有助于把握整体思路，让组员不至于偏题；同时为了能有效记录发言的key words，这个角色也有控场的作用，不会有两个及以上组员发言的情况发生。
当然，写的时候还是要与发言的队友进行积极互动，不能只是一个记录者~！
AC面结束之后就是每个人的单独经理面了，每个人大约有20分钟的时间与经理交流。自从经历了经理面之后，我才相信面经里的&经理人很nice&等都是真的了整个过程就是在愉快的聊天，我提到了自己的英文水平不好，同时也在努力，经理给了我鼓励并表达了对我在pre和自我介绍的过程中oral English水平的认可，当时真的特别感动忘记说了，自我介绍部分是在AC面的破冰环节。
我们要求是用英文介绍，大概每个人3分钟左右，在这里，我再次特别感谢IQA给了我很多启发！还有就是AC面刚开始会要求写一份英文一份中文的邮件，内容不一定相同。这里只要多注意一下信件格式和用词，问题就不太大。为了准备这个，我考研同学辅导了我两天的考研信件小作文，在此表示感谢！
感受用一句话来概况的话：par的气场好强！很可能随口一提的问题都是比较challenge的。比如：
Q:你提到你自学学习能力比较强，为什么英语会很差呢？
A:个人就从高一参加数学竞赛以来养成的比较偏科的理由开始回答并表示有信心把英语学好。
Q:针对我最后悔的事&认真读了三年书，没有过其他社团，实习等经验&，问我为什么有那么多人学习和社团活动能兼顾呢？
A:首先表达了当初对学习的热爱，然后是说明了数学专业需要很多时间去自习，而且我们学校的数学专业是王牌，所以师资好，对学生要求也特别高；因此没有太多时间去干学习以外的事情。
Q:请你说服我你能够胜任审计工作。
A:这个问题我先介绍自己是一个兴趣导向的人，从小学到大学就只是因为喜欢数学，选择了走下去。当初高考完填志愿也没考虑过数学毕业能给我一份什么样的工作。以此类比我现在对审计的热爱。然后说明自己不后悔选择数学专业，因为它锻炼了我的逻辑思维能力并培养了我严谨分析问题的习惯，所以我相信自己的characteristics和skills是在审计工作中有帮助的。
最后，对我的朋友，老师，父母在我放弃保研选择找工作的决定上给予了我支持和鼓励表示感谢！同时，也有一些网上的朋友在我这次秋招中给了我很多帮助！在此一并感谢！最后的最后，求offer!!!
