data-original=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/v2-1c36d1257ddcd8abef109_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&&i&不那么慵懒的话，高支高密的提花床品，细密、高档，有点儿轻奢&/i&&/p&&br&&br&&p&她说，无印良品（MUJI）的针织棉床品之前也买过，触感很柔软，可是用了不到一年就起球了。高端品牌又太贵，动辄上万，索性就买了这样容易打理又耐用的床品。况且，平时卧室就自己使用，床品好看与否也就无所谓了。&/p&&p&此事让我感触颇深，国内很多追求生活质量的人，对床品的忍耐程度却是令人发指的。很多人完全不知道什么是好的床品，他们可以为了实用而与落后的审美妥协。但在我看来，这是难以理解的，一套柔软舒适的床品可比锦衣华服重要多了，毕竟这关系着睡眠质量呀！&/p&&p&好的床品在我看来有三大要素：原料天然、高支高密、出彩的设计。MUJI、Zara Home、宜家（Ikea）这些引领生活风尚的品牌，除了设计感外，其他方面做得都都不算好。&/p&&p&但这不意味着你买不到价格适中、品质上乘的床品了。中国是纺织品大国，只要用心寻找还是能找到的。接下来我会尽我所能，把我买床品的经验都告诉你。&/p&&br&&br&&br&&p&&b&面料自然是最重要的&/b&&br&&/p&&br&&br&&p&与身体接触的面料，我总觉得天然的才最安全、最舒适，所以好床品的首要标准就是原料天然。&/p&&p&棉、真丝和亚麻是床品中最常见的三种天然纤维。&/p&&p&&b&■ 棉&/b&&/p&&p&棉织品吸水、耐热性都较好，触感柔软，所以纯棉床品四季都可以使用。&/p&&p&棉花根据产地和品种的不同也分好多等级，埃及长绒棉和Pima棉（极品特长绒棉的统称）是最优质的棉花种类。绒长且细，一般为33~39mm，细度为米/克，透气度和光泽度都很好，新疆长绒棉比这两种要差些，但也是市场上的上品了。埃及长绒棉中又属GIZA 45的品质最高，但产量极少，市面上几乎不可见；而GIZA 70产量最大，是市场上的主流品种。&/p&&p&细绒棉的品质比长绒棉差一些，纤维长度为23~33mm，细度为米/克。最次是粗绒棉，现在已经很少种植。&/p&&figure&&img src=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-305bc97c427eca1ef8ea43_b.jpg& data-rawwidth=&371& width=&371&&&/figure&&p&&i&埃及长绒棉&/i&&/p&&br&&br&&p&棉花的纤维越长越细，就越容易纺出高支高密的面料来。&/p&&p&在中国市场上，绝大多数的床品是用品质一般的细绒棉制成，连新疆长绒棉都很少。很多商家以次充好，把细绒棉甚至是粗绒棉号称是长绒棉，以致于大家觉得长绒棉也不过如此，但其实好的长绒棉床品一点也不比真丝床品差。&/p&&p&关于棉，我问过一家国内最大的纺织品企业的销售经理，意大利的纺织品为什么就比中国的好呢？他说，差距是各个方面的，但首先一条，人家说是100%长绒棉，那就是不会有假。我们这边，即使我们出高价要求上好品质的长绒棉，坯布厂给出来的，也总会给你掺些低质的棉。&/p&&br&&figure&&img 丝和亚麻&/b&&/p&&p&丝和亚麻的吸湿性和透气性好，触感凉爽，出汗后不贴身，尤其适合夏季使用。真丝非常亲肤，手感柔软舒适，具有独特的“丝鸣”感，是最适合裸睡的面料。而且这两种材质都具有天然的高级感，既昂贵又得细心照料，自古以来就是贵族的专属面料。&/p&&p&真丝的光泽和平滑触感让它天生高贵，然而清洁和养护比较讲究，整套真丝床品的价格也不菲。在预算有限的情况下，与面部接触最多的枕套是真丝床品的性价比之选。价格不低的天丝和再生竹纤维（基本号称竹纤维）其实是人造纤维，虽然商家不断强调绿色环保的概念，但我始终认为人造的不及天然的。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/v2-910fdc3f06d1d7261399f_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&&i&真丝床品&/i&&/p&&br&&br&&br&&p&&b&支数、根数越高越好&/b&&/p&&br&&br&&p&支数表示的是纱线粗细程度，是1磅（454g）重的纤维所纺出的单位纱线长度（以840码/0.9144m为单位）。支数越高，表示纱线越细。根数是密度的标准，指每平方英尺中经纬线数的总和，根数越高，布就越严密、厚实。&/p&&p&以纯棉床品为例，60支300根就属于高支高密，比较适宜睡眠了。国内五星级酒店床品一般为60~80支300~400根。&/p&&p&据说国外高端棉制面料中有120支1400根的，我还没有亲手触摸过。但在国内的染布厂见过1400根的棉布，质感已经接近帆布，密实地感觉能用来挡子弹。&/p&&p&以我们的实地经验而论，高支高密不一定绝对代表手感好，尤其是上了1000根。但在1000根以下，如果后期在加柔软剂、磨毛、预缩等工艺上处理得当，还是支根数越高，床品品质越好。&/p&&p&现在市面上的高支高密床品价格高昂，几千上万的价格让一般家庭无法承受，但实际的生产成本是远低于定价的。床品公司人为地调高价格，把高支高密的床品划分到奢侈品的行列，从中牟取高额的利润。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-d1dc40e338be305fa81f4e_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&&i&1000根以上的床品，可以看出质地非常细密&/i&&/p&&br&&br&&br&&p&&b&别被“水洗感”忽悠了&/b&&/p&&br&&br&&p&因为价格还有销售策略的原因，国内市场上高支高密的棉织品很少，反倒是像无印良品（MUJI）那种主打水洗手感低织面料的纺织品，更为年轻人熟知。但是，可以肯定地说，200根的纯棉床单，无论如何也是没法跟400根以上的高支高密产品比的。即便200根的在手感处理上下了很大功夫，这也还是个低档货。&/p&&p&现在很多公司用各种花哨的工艺名称，比如水洗棉、针织棉、精梳棉等，让消费者误以为这就是高品质床品的标准。这些前期、后期工艺就是玩出了花儿，高支高根也还是高质量的基础。&/p&&p&纺织的组织形式有贡缎（缎纹）、平纹、斜纹和提花等。采用斜纹和缎纹组织的面料与平纹组织的面料相比，密度更大，更加厚实，所以更加适合作为床品原料，高支高密的缎纹棉布甚至会隐隐有丝绸的光泽。&/p&&p&平纹组织的经纱和纬纱以一上一下的规律交织，斜纹是经纱和纬纱至少隔两根纱才交织一次，而贡缎是经纱和纬纱至少隔三根纱才交织一次。&/p&&p&在市场上常见的天竺棉（针织棉）和水洗棉，其实都是以工艺的名称来命名，并不是特定的棉花种类。大家熟悉的MUJI天竺棉床品采用的是衣物常用的针织法，触感很柔软，但支根数较低，不够稳定，比较容易起球。&/p&&figure&&img
