2020年十一之前说要涨价，3479买的7-36个月deep无忧卡，2021年一月初正式开课，当时班主任为了劝大家买课，各种赠品狂轰乱炸，收到货不过就是一套纸质的桌游和几个app里的线上课。2021年十一，在上了九个月的deep课以后，我和app在线客服说让他停止发下一期的课包，并要求退款。客服告知说会用座机号单向联系，如果我回拨过去，不会有人接。有见过这么霸道的早教机构么？只能机构联系你，客户给建议或者投诉无门。过了几天客服给我打电话，告诉我，如果现在退款，只能退不到1500。相当于九个月课程扣了2100+。如果22年1月申请，退1500+。真的是把家长当傻子耍。当时送的那套纸质桌游按298，从3479中往下扣，送的几门课程也按原价100一节扣除。然后九个月，按每个月160计算，算下来说只能退不到1500。大伙看看，小步的课程累死家长，退款的门道也一点都不透明，而且客服还理直气壮地说现在涨价啦，也没按现在的价格给我计算退款，收了钱就是爷。也没见过谁家的客服能横成这副德行，怎么就没监管部门来管管这些线上早教机构。总之一句话，千万不要买deep课，上了一个月铁定要后悔，一退款真的会得不偿失。本来冲着ceo云宝妈妈是清华+斯坦福加持，培养出来的运营团队可真不咋地，这样的机构想ipo恐怕有点难，口碑这关很难过去，反正我肯定不会向人导流了。小步app↑免费资源可以用，但是千万不要贪图啥七天免费营，想着报了课能有班主任督促，大概开营几个月就解散了，后期全靠家长自觉。而且deep教具都是需要家长自己加工制作的，特别不适合职场妈妈。这个月开始换巧虎，等上完三个月再来比较和点评。编辑于 2021-11-04 23:24
