Opinn?ytety?n tarkoituksena oli kartoittaa er??n matkailukeskuksen asiakkaiden tyytyv?isyytt? kahvila- ja ravintolapalveluihin.
Opinn?ytety?ss?ni k?ytettiin kvantitatiivista eli m??r?llist? tutkimusmenetelm??. Tutkimuskohteina olivat matkailukeskuksessa paikan p??ll? k?yv?t kahvila-asiakkaat ja tilausasiakkaat, jotka olivat pit?neet jonkin tilaisuuden kuten, h??t, syntym?p?iv?t, kokouksen jne. matkailukeskuksen tilausravintolassa.
Asiakastyytyv?isyyskyselykaavakkeet rakentuivat kolmen perustekij?n, palvelu, tuotteet ja milj??n ym-p?rille.
Asiakastyytyv?isyystutkimusten tuloksien perusteella, kahvilaja tilausasiakkaat ovat p??s??nt?isesti eritt?in tyytyv?isi? matkailukeskuksen palveluun, tuotteisiin ja milj??seen. Kahvila-asiakkaista suurin asiakasryhm? muodostui yli 40- vuotiaista ja sit? vanhemmista miehist? ja naisista. Yli 40-vuotiaat miehet k?viv?t useasti viikossa ja yli 40 vuotiaat naiset k?viv?t useasti kuukaudessa matkailukeskuksessa. Tila-usasiakkaat olivat eniten pit?neet syntym?p?iv?, koulutus- ja kokoustilaisuuksia matkailukeskuksen tilausravintolassa.
Tutkimuksen johtop??t?ksen? suositellaan matkailukeskukselle asiakastyytyv?isyyden mittaamista jat-kossa, kohdemarkkinoinnin lis??mist? ja perehdytyskansiota ty?ntekij?ille.
The purpose of the thesis was to research and measure the customer satisfaction of travel centre X towards cafeteria and restaurant services.
The research method was quantitative research method. The research focused on customers visiting the cafeteria and the so called catering customers, who have had an event in the travel centre premises, e.g. wedding, birthday party or a meeting.
Two slightly different customer satisfaction questionnaires were used. The questionnaires were based on service, products and environment.
Based on the research carried out, one can say that the cafeteria and catering customers are mainly very satisfied towards the service, products and environment of the travel centre. The biggest customer group is the over 40 year old men and women. The men over 40 visited the travel centre often weekly and the women over 40 years visited the travel centre monthly. Catering customers had birthday parties, education and meeting events in the travel centre.
As a conclusion it is recommended the travel centre continues measuring its customer satisfaction. The development and addition of segmented marketing and distribution of an orientation binder to its em-ployees was also suggested.MR: Matches for: MR=479897
