摘要：在垃圾焚烧发电厂焚烧过程中会产生大量的二恶英气体，而二恶英具有极强的化学稳定性，要在700°C以上才能分解，是非常难分解处理的物质。采用臭氧的强氧化性作用来分解二恶英理论上可行，消耗量较大成本较高，但是目前没有更好的方案下，必须对臭氧应用做大量的试验研究。百悦康为臭氧去除二恶因提供过中试设备，并参与设备的调整和试验流程，初步结果是臭氧分解二恶英可行，但是还是要研究最经济可行的方案，待中试验证后，进入终试。
臭氧的应用及说明：
二恶英是一种无色无味、毒性严重的脂溶性物质，二恶英实际上是二恶英类一个简称，它指的并不是一种单一物质，而是结构和性质都很相似的包含众多同类物或异构体的两大类有机化合物。这类物质非常稳定，熔点较高，极难溶于水，可以溶于大部分有机溶剂，是无色无味的脂溶性物质，所以非常容易在生物体内积累，对人体危害严重。二恶英常以微小的颗粒存在于大气、土壤和水中，主要的污染源是活所用的胶袋、化工冶金工业、垃圾焚烧、造纸以及生产杀虫剂等产业。
利用臭氧分解二恶英，还需进行方案的调整完善
臭氧发生器的选型：
o&GQO-A-K是大型空气源臭氧系统中的臭氧发生器主机，采用空气源方式，通过压缩空气-冷干-过滤-吸干为臭氧放电室提供气源，外接水冷却方式，PLC全过程控制。

o&高压电源采用高压变频或可控硅逆变电源，实现高浓度、低电耗，稳定输出

　　我们常见的技术有哪些？在我们生活更加方便的同时，制造的废气、垃圾也越来越多了。我们一般把废气治理分为有机废气治理技术和无机废气治理技术。有机废气是气态污染物的一部分，来自各个行业所排放的化工废气、含氟含苯废气、气态碳氢化合物、恶臭气体等。无机废气主要含无机污染物的废气，主要来自氮肥、磷、无机盐,含尘废气如各种金属冶炼过程中的氧化粉尘、矿石加工过程中的石粉尘等。
　　无机的一般采用喷淋法和水洗法，有机的处理方法就多了，常用的有以下几种：
　　(1)吸收法：利用液体吸收液与有机废气的相似相溶性原理而达到处理有机废气的目的。通常为强化吸收效果用液体石油类物质、 表面活性剂和水组成的混合液来作为吸收液。
　　(2)吸附法：主要用于低浓度 ,高通量可挥法性有机物 (VOCs)的处理。应用广泛 ,具有能耗低、 工艺成熟、 去除率高、 净化彻底、 易于推广的优点 ,有很好的环境和经济效益。缺点是设备庞大 ,流程复杂 ,当废气中有胶粒物质或其他杂质时 ,吸附剂易中毒。
　　(3)燃烧法：分为直接燃烧法和催化燃烧法。直接燃烧法是将含有有害物质的废气送入燃烧器烧掉;催化燃烧是在有催化剂帮助下燃烧废气中的有害物质。燃烧法也投资大,能耗高,不适宜处理大风量的废气，存在产生二恶英二次污染的环境风险。
　　(4)冷凝法：利用物质在不同温度下具有不同饱和蒸汽压这一性质 ,采用降低系统温度或提高系统压力 ,使处于蒸汽状态的污染物冷凝并从废气中分离出来的过程。利用冷凝的办法 ,能使废气得到很高程度的净化 ,但是高的净化要求 ,往往是室温下的冷却水所不能达到的。净化要求愈高 ,所需冷却的温度愈低 ,这样就会增加处理的难度和费用。
