FedEx Delivery To Charge $10 For 2-Hour Delivery Window

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- FedEx will let recipients leave detailed instructions for their driver or reschedule a delivery to their home.FedEx Corp. said Tuesday it will charge $5 to reschedule the delivery day or location and $10 to request a 2-hour delivery window.Other services are free, including putting a 14-day vacation hold on deliveries or making a request such as "Please leave the package at the back door."Raj Subramaniam, a marketing executive for the company, said FedEx Delivery Manager was inspired by the boom in online shopping.Customers can sign up & that's free & on the FedEx website to be notified of pending deliveries by email, text or phone without a tracking number or FedEx account.

从网站上看，他们工作时间是周一到周五的9:30-18:30。
但我的包裹显示美国东部时间周六投递，不知道他们有没有人负责签收啊？; |, u6 Y7 j8 [

纽约就是东部时间，洛杉矶就是西部时间。
fedex的工作时间：
美国当地时间，周二到周六，全天。
fedex一般派送两次，如果第二次还没有成功，处理方法如下：
1，给收货地址留个条，让收货人自己到邮局去取。---转运公司，不可行. L4 ?% v3 k/ J6 h2 X5 }: u" R& Z
2，有些网站要求投递两次失败后，直接返回发货方。
3，顾客主动联系fedex，告知派送时间。' |$ Q, A: M$ J4 k9 t5 T5 |! M* o

我的包裹最后被派送了三次。因为我电话联系了fedex，要不然就会被退回BG网站了。

联邦快递不会这么不负责吧，没人的话会再次投递的 全一的系统也是可以查运单是否到货的) I&&G&&E0 E8 k' |3 o! F# X. c
上次我有个单是UPS运输，显示Delivery后第二天发现还没收货，赶紧联系了转运客服，客服让我再等一天，到了晚上发现UPS又再次显示外出投递了，第二天查询收到了

因为我的快递单已经投递两次了。
两次都是“Delivery exception”，“Customer not available or business closed”。
第一次，是周五晚上8点。第二次，是周六下午。

bg发出的FEDEX包裹要求必须签收，虽然很多人的都是放在家门口了，但目前看，我的包裹还不会被不负责任的放到快递公司门口。

美国周六快递公司可以送货，但是必须有加一定费用才可以（好像是11美金左右，且需要收件人在），周禁用词语加多少钱他们也不送; y* K$ I) y5 ?# ?9 R$ }9 o
工作日一般会派送2次，即第一次派送无人一般会留个条给你，如果第2次派送还没人的话就会放在门口6 m: r' }&&g( M" I6 K# I9 t* H
如果必须有签收的话也不是不可以，必须选择他们的签收服务，这样就不会被放门口了

美国跟国内不一样，就是放在门口的话一般也不会丢的。

恩，Fedex周六送货，不加收费用，因为Fedex工作时间是每周二到周六。

汗，我现在就遇上这个问题了，昨天定的货今天今天显示发货了Fedex运输，预计递送时间的22号周六，估计AAE仓库是没人签收的了，这要怎么办，需要电话联系Fedex吗？还是说第二次投递时间会是下周二？
第一次遇上这种问题，网站的预计交货日期也从没有过非工作日的，一般都是周四UPS发货后周末卡在半路周一在派送。会不会是因为AAE的收货地址新增了虚拟房间号导致网站认为是住宅地址而选择了周六也能派送的Fedex？

万一网站没有写明必须签收，我认为，一般也不会有事。
因为华人快递的地址估计fedex都知道吧，应该不会就放在门口走掉的。

我第一次用fedex时，也非常紧张，主要是怕两次投递不成被送回网站。&&P+ _( w4 I- Z2 ?5 d# H
不过，话说，老外的确很奇怪，按理应该知道全一的地址周六不上班，他们依然进行了派送。难道他们都不总结规律吗？

给fedex打电话，很方便的，按照提示，选择，好像是0？或者选择5？
接人工，告诉他们的快递单号，然后说要下周二派送。
呵呵，skype到taobao上花不到2块钱，买张国际卡，就能拨打美国800了，打电话还不要钱，^_^
