yield him a star-studded list of clients谓语 yield，双宾语一个是him, 一个是list. 没有什么特殊，yield 在这里就是一个使动用法，yield 主要的意思是产出，产量，这里做”为他产生，为他带来“这个句子的大致意思是，他把这些关系聚在一起，就显示出（产生出）一份星光熠熠的客户名单。The fact that we had been given vehicle access to the tarmac ,that was unusual.这个句子严格 上说，语法是不对的。我理解的正确说法应该是：The fact that we had been given vehicle access to the tarmac
