　　加拿大一直领跑着世界的移民热潮，也是华人的移民首选之地。近年来，加拿大移民局所颁发的政策起伏很大，不仅仅影响着加拿大移民申请者的申请计划，也影响着加拿大的移民政策。
　　加拿大的教育属于北美教育体制，是世界顶尖的教育水平，在商业和工程等方面都是世界顶尖的水平。在环境上来看，加拿大具有独特的自然风光，如果你置身其中，可以体味与众不同之处。由于这些优厚的条件，使得移民加拿大的人越来越多了，正是由于这种移民热潮，人一多问题也随之而来。从去年开始，加拿大移民局所颁布的政策起伏浮动越来越大，不仅影响着加拿大移民申请者的申请计划，也影响着加拿大的移民政策。
　　在2015年加拿大移民新政策中，在移民投资项目中的投资金额有着新的改革规定。对于选择加拿大投资移民的投资者所投资的金额提高了两倍之多，金额涨至160万加元。而其次最重要的是，对于投资移民的投资者来说着这是一个噩耗，相当于是风险很高的投资项目，因为加拿大政府表示这投资移民金额既然是用作于风险投资加入加拿大的企业公司，风险投资也就是存在着风险。
　　加拿大移民新政策中表示，对于以往的申请移民加拿大的审批时间一般要6~7年，但是现在无论是投资移民申请人或者技术性移民申请人，只需要等待6个月的时间就可以知道自己是否已经通过审批获得移民签证资格。在新政策中对于申请入籍加拿大的移民，是在每5年中必须住满3年的时间。
　　加拿大包容度体现在各个方面，包括政治权利、言论自由、活动自由等等，接纳和包容性很高，包括对同性恋的接受度，反对种族歧视和暴力，对于女性的尊重等等。这些方面都可以说明加拿大有很高的包容度，并且是对于每个人提供尽可能平等的机会，这些都是提高加拿大移民对于全世界人民的吸引力。

麦卡勒姆签发。共计发出31063份移民邀请ITA(Invitation
To Apply).按照每个家庭1明主申请人和3个随行副申请人计算，约12万5千新移民因快速通道移民EE下的联邦技术移民FSW，加拿大经验移民CEC,加拿大省提名PNP的部分项目受益.更多分析详见博文《》
&&筛选频率：约每周2次，
2，筛选时间间隔最短相隔7天（很常见，），最长相隔21天（第18-19轮）
3，每轮筛选人数最少715人（第八轮），最多1637人（第六轮），平均每轮1350人
4，大部分筛选结果公布时间集中在00:00:00前后。
5，唯有第三轮的849个ITA针对加拿大经验移民CEC。
