我不知道你题目有没有打错,貌似应该是：aBCD 42 Abcd 43ABCd 140 abcD 145 aBcD 6 AbCd 9 ABcd 305 abCD 310 然后解题思路是这样的：①比较子代的基因型可发现,a-d之间未发生交换,只有aD与Ad两种,因此可以判断a-d是完全连锁的.②把a-d组合在一起看.根据子代表现型可得Abcd和abCD为亲本类型（数量最多）；aBcD和AbCd为双交换类型（数量最少）；其余为单交换.根据亲本型和双交换可推断（Ad）位于b、c之间.双交换值=（6+9）/%b-(Ad)间交换值=（42+43+6+9）/1000=10%(Ad)-c间交换值=（140+145+6+9）/1000=30%b-c间交换值=10%+30%=40%③并发系数=实际双交换值/理论双交换值=1.5%/（10%*30%）=0.5完全手打的~所以作图就自己来吧^_^
很有道理。不过就是第一问的判断依据不太清楚。为什么只有两种基因型就可以断定是完全连锁的。有相关的法则没有。比如课本上是用PD远远大于NPD则为连锁。不过这个题用这个法则我不会算。
第一问是由于单看ad，测交后代只表现出亲本型aD和Ad，也就是说只有基因的连锁，没有基因之间的交换，可以判断为完全连锁。
相关的法则就是基因的连锁与互换规律。可以参考一下摩尔根的果蝇实验（黑身基因和残翅基因）。
(好久没看遗传学了，PD和NPD是亲二型和非亲二型吧，都反应不过来了T_T)后使用快捷导航没有帐号？

这个作者对现存的两个解释不满，现存的两个解释是：hand-in与现实中的行为相似；hand-in是从古典姿势借鉴的
不满的原因是：没有解释来源，没有解释流行的原因，而且尽管在现实中这个姿势是流行的，其他流行的姿势为什么没有成为肖像画中的winning formula呢？即使与古典姿势相似，为什么要采用这个古典姿势呢？
A和C似乎都是解释原因的，没有解释来源。
让人费解的是A讲了这个姿势的social implication，但是没说是针对portrait的啊。

这道题的A选项可以说明文中的“it borrows from classical statuary.”，因为选项里的social implication完全可以进一步说明这个动作的社会意义是什么，从而可以解释当时的人们因为它的社会意义，画像的时候就想要用这种姿势。
C选项可以由“And even if the &hand-in& portrait does resemble certain classical statues, what accounts for the adoption of this particular pose? ”来说明，因为，人们的adoption可以进一步导致popular， 所以，选项里的“what stance to adopt” 可以进一步解释这种流行。（因为他在考虑的时候完全可能借鉴某种经典雕塑姿势来摆，或者考虑当时最流行的姿势）
其实，我觉得关键的是在于题干啊！！
