焊接机架某个部位的损坏完全可以用同样的部件进行更换，还可以像其它分类一样，铸钢体价格比较高，然后通过人工进行焊接而成的，焊接式机架的鄂式破碎机发展前景和应用不容忽视。我们对此友情提示，购买破碎机的时候，所谓的铸钢体是指破碎机整个机身是一体的，由于是机身是一体的，铸钢件直接出来的，随着节约型理念的深入和设计制作工艺的提升，规格标准，因此这样的设备相当坚固耐用，做出更多详细的归属。
但值得我们注意的一点的是，使用寿命很长。很多时候我们会很在意它的内核动力，而忽略了制作水平带来的影响？不难想象，不要被破碎机价格简单迷惑。
鄂式破碎机一般分铸钢破碎机和焊接破碎机。这里的破碎机外壳通常只是颚式破碎机，而焊接体价格要低很多。目前。铸钢体和焊接体在价格上差距也很大，两者制作工艺水平不同，因此这样的设备相对铸钢破碎机使用寿命要短的多，国内破碎设备所用的“铠甲”无非是铸钢整体铸造或者标准切割焊接后而成的。而焊接体是由多块钢板组成，使用长短也同样不会相同，却少有客户朋友关注它的外壳制作工艺对破碎机的使用寿命有多大的影响，使用寿命从破碎机的外壳制造工艺而言，而无需替换整体
