我的手机为什么开了手机流量不能打开微博用

在没有放手机卡，而wifi也没有连接上的同时，是不是不能上网的；但没连接wifi你又放手机卡且有开通包月流量的话，上网时就会扣流量的，如果没开通包月，就得从话费...
用WIFI就不费流量了

把平板浏览器里的“wifi下优化”选项去掉，不然流量掉的哗哗的。

关于微信的问题，为什么我用WIFI可以连上微信，用数据流量就不能连上？
就是这个问题啊，为什么我用WIFI可以连上微信，也能聊天，用数据流量就不能连上，说是连接不上服务器
有没有高人解释啊，我卸载了重装也不行，以前的消息都还不在了。。。

换个接入点，或者看看有没有什么软件把微信加入禁止GPRS联网了
