　　一般感冒发烧，一周时间就差不多好了。24岁的小刘却连续发烧了10多天，还全身起红疹，到医院检查，居然患的是&接吻病&，细细回忆，可能是他和感冒的女友接吻引起的。
　　专家介绍，其实&接吻病&由EB病毒所致，很多人感染过，没发病而已。特别要提醒，父母最好不要湿吻或嘴巴嚼食喂小孩。
　　女友感冒没好就接吻了
　　一个月前，女友感冒了，过了几天，小刘也被传染了。但是女友的感冒很快就好了，小刘&感冒&却特别顽固，连续发烧10多天，用了不少药还是退不下去，身上发出了很多红疹。
　　&我想了很多种可能，有点担心和恐惧，不会是得了什么绝症吧？&小刘说。
　　省人民医院感染病科王洪副主任介绍，小刘入院时情况不好，一直38℃&39℃高烧，全身浅表淋巴结肿大，脾脏也肿大，身上还有皮疹，精神萎靡。抽血检查，DNA提示EB病毒呈阳性。
　　&医生说我患的是传染性单核细胞增多症，就是接吻病，我听都没听说过。&小刘尴尬地承认，女友感冒时和他接吻过。
　　法式热吻，传递250个细菌
　　为什么接吻有可能导致患病？有报道称，典型的法国式热吻需要牵动脸部29处肌肉，热吻的同时，会把9毫克水分、0.7毫克蛋白质、0.18毫克有机物、0.71毫克脂肪和250个细菌，送到彼此口中。据医学专家考证，接吻是许多疾病传播病毒感染的媒介，肺结核、病毒性肝炎、流行感冒等多种疾病都有可能在接吻中流传。
　　王洪介绍，人体感染EB病毒后，病毒可在咽部上皮细胞内长期存在，并繁殖到唾液里，排毒时间需要数周，甚至半年。经口中密切接触，如接吻，是EB病毒的主要传播途径，飞沫也可以传播病毒。
　　&接吻病&的症状与普通感冒相似，主要有喉咙疼痛、发烧、颈淋巴腺肿大、身体倦怠等。发病程度比感冒重些，发烧能达到39℃&40℃，需要10天到2周才能病愈。
　　另外，人在压力大，抵抗力弱，或者口腔有溃疡、破损的情况下，也易被EB病毒击倒。
　　父母最好不要嚼食喂小孩
　　&其实不少人都感染过EB病毒，一般情况下，病毒不会引起不适症状，真正发病严重到需要住院治疗的人则少之又少，因为这个病具有自愈性。&王洪说，发病人群以16&30岁的青年人居多，这个年龄段人群比较有激情，35岁以上的患者就很少见了。
　　春季是细菌、病毒活跃时节，对EB病毒也要多加防范。
　　另外，经检测发现，婴幼儿EB病毒感染率也很高，这与家长喂养和亲热方式有关。如父母患有发热、头痛、咽喉痛时，不要亲吻孩子。
　　此外，幼儿园老师要加强晨检，发现有孩子发热、咽痛的，要请家长及时带孩子就医检查。幼儿园孩子的玩具、餐具及水杯要加强消毒。教育孩子餐具和水杯等个人用品，单独使用。急性期患儿不能再上幼儿园，应进行呼吸道隔离(至病愈之日)，其呼吸道分泌物及痰盂应用漂白粉或煮沸消毒。(杭州日报)
