第一次proof时，里面添加修改东西了，不给再看看最终稿么？不然我怎么知道编辑有没有同意我们的修改？
对的，是送给出版社了，我们收到了proof稿。我们做了修订，提交了作者照片，之前没提交，还有一些地方做了修改。

出版社Proof会改文章内容吗？
论文接收后提交源文件给出版社做proofread和typeset，发现论文很多地方被改动，（其实提交前已经找native speaker修改过，英文方面应该没太大问题），包括很多很常用的写法也被修改，还有些地方改动的很离谱，把原来的意思改了，感觉就是被一个外行一顿改，现在我要是校对起来又得把很多地方改回去，而且数量很大，感觉在pdf上标注起来很麻烦
原以为就是排个版，把明显的语法改改，没想到这改的太多，大大出乎意料~
大家有没有碰到过这种情况？该怎么破？

那就要还会来了，通常没有经过作者同意编辑是不会改的，除非是编辑处理稿子时写错了，我有篇论文编辑就把图标弄错了

【求助】急求！PROOF已经交到出版社了，但是还有个重要的地方需要修改

一时疏忽，PROOF已经交到出版社了，但是还有个重要的地方需要修改，怎么办啊？估计再过1至2周就要ONLINE了.出版社是爱莎维尔，数据库是SCIENCEDIRECT。

遇到过和你类似的情况，当时是springer出版社的一个杂志，赶紧联系，应该还来得及。下面是我当时写的EMAIL，供参考！Dear Editor, The scanned copy of the corrected proof, Copyright Transfer Statement and Author Query Form has been sent to you by E However, because of my carelessness, there is still some inaccuracies in the proof of the article which I have found after submission of the corrected proof. 还求助什么啊，赶快把你修改的proof发给和你联系过的editor啊标明杂志及你文章的ID，详细说明修改内容及原因，让他引起重视。同时，你也应该诚肯道谦！毕竟是你自己的问题啊god bless u :)

Re:但是这是个很大的出版社啊，不是有专门EDITTOR的，是系统自动发的邮件的，还有我应该怎么说表述呢..由于我想说的内容比较多，所以回贴答复你，也许对其他人也有帮助：你应该收到过类似这样的信件，你以紧急邮件发给他就行了，要特别注意“Editorial reference”：至于表述，以I must apologize for make such an unforgivable mistake in my proof (Editorial reference). 我看他的意思是现在不能改了要么你和need help那儿联系，要么你等文章online后，再让他登个“勘误”不少文章都有出错的时候，也没有什么不得了的，下次小心就是了。

proofreading不是让作者修改文章，而是校对排版中可能出现的印刷错误。因此，最后一次提交revision时一定要非常谨慎。
