pardon 在口语中是相当文雅的一种说辞,比如你没有听清楚对方说什么时,就可以相当优雅地说出一个词 pardon 就够了,社交场合下可比 Excuse me 要高明得多.对方惊讶于你高富帅的外表下居然还有如此优雅之内涵,就不好意思不再说一遍了哈.这里的用法也一样,不过表达更为完整而已,显得更加谦逊高雅.不过有时,也如同我们形容某人说话太酸了是一样的啥.不过值得注意的是,前者是出发点是从自身角度出发,所以类似于excuse me,然而后者却刚刚相反,所以就应该译成谅解或宽恕,你的翻译没有问题,只是出于没有上下文的衬托,不能准确地用中文来表达其真实含义而已.相信看到全文,你也能准确领会该句的真实含义.
我的疑问是，我只看到了歉意的语言，没有看到要求说再说一遍的字眼啊，
那么有重复说话内容吗？或者其它相似信息呢？

这是属于相当社交词令的用语，可以表达很多内容哈，并非专用于让别人再说一篇滴啥。
