去年暑假，计划了大半年的新疆之行半路上临时改道去了西藏
这一年，新疆的事情很多，若是执意要去新疆，一定会遭到家人的反对，新疆不去，国内其他的省份已经全部跑遍了，那么就只能琢磨着人生的第一次出国自驾游了。
出国自驾游，东 南亚国家相对简单些，那么我就从简单的开始做起，第一次出境自驾游就献给东 南亚五国吧！

出国最重要的步骤――签证，天朝的护照真是没办法，到哪里都要签证，连中国最好的朋友柬埔寨和老挝也要签证，西哈努克亲王可是咱中国人民最好最老朋友啊！
若说到签证，最简单又方便的，当然是找人代办，这个年代，只要肯出钱，就有人肯帮你办事。不过，我就是个劳碌命，能自己办的事情都尽量自己办，这样的好处是即长了见识又省了钱财，坏处是费力！

泰国可以落地签，不过第一次出国自驾，还是事先办好签证更加稳妥。比较了一下，携程网价格便宜也比较可靠，238元，四个工作日出签，我自己将护照送到上海金钟路999号（能不快递就不快递了，免得节外生枝），携程网的接待服务中心。到了泰国办理落地签的价格是1000泰铢，很可能会遇到签证官乱要价的情况，只要你自己填表，可以坚持只付款1000泰铢。

这里补充一点，网友们由泰国前往柬埔寨的亚兰口岸，是既可以办理落地签也可以办理回头签，以往网友介绍办理回头签的比较多。办理回头签的地方在出境泰国的出境大厅，而办理落地签是在入境泰国的入境大厅，价格都是1000泰铢。这次我们出境时，由于不知道这里能办落地签，因此坚持要办理回头签，签证官给我们解释回头签是利用已有签证办理一个再次入境许可，有效期与已有签证相同，而落地签可以重新给15天的入境许可，关于这个有效期，对于我们是无所谓，但其他朋友可以根据自己停留泰国时间的长短选择办理哪种签证。
泰国落地签表格，我是事先在家里打印好，事先填好。拿到签证官给的表格后，照抄上去即可。填表的攻略，百度一下都有了。

比较了一下，老挝签证如果在上海办理，价格较高，在云南昆明或者西双版纳景洪办理，价格便宜，在淘宝上选择了一家景洪的卖家，138元每人。5月23日周五下午用顺丰寄出，5月25日周日到达景洪市，5月26日周一送签，5月29日周四出签并于当日下午顺丰寄回上海，5月31日周六收到寄回的护照，一切顺利。老挝签证的有效期只有两个月，请大家注意时间节点。
老挝可以办理落地签，正规价格是20美元，我们从泰国回到老挝办理落地签时，签证官开口找我们要1000泰铢，我们说没有泰铢，只有美元，签证官无奈的只收了我们20美元每人。

申请电子签证攻略请参考
经过了解，电子签证，成人27美元，12岁以下儿童10美元。我喜欢贴纸签证，给孩子留个纪念。上海领事馆自己去办理签证，成人310元，12岁以下儿童免费。taobao上比较下来，上海本地卖家，贴纸签价格基本在250左右，但查看评论，他们也不是在上海领事馆办理的，而是将护照寄到南宁等领事馆办理。taobao上，深圳卖家价格最低，最低我看到有180元的，但这些卖家，儿童与成人同样收费。后来找到一家深圳卖家，成人收费199元， 12岁以下他们只收代办费40元。我是周一将护照用顺丰速递发出，周二到达深圳，周四收到卖家短信告知已经寄回，周五上午九点，顺丰将护照妥妥的交到我手里。签证是香港领馆签发的。

由于马来西亚陆路口岸，不能办理落地签证，而此行又需要至少两次进出马拉西亚，所以必须事先办理好多次往返马来西亚签证，淘宝上看了一下，三个月多次签证的价格基本都在1000元以上。由网上得到的信息，办理马来西亚三个月多次签证，需要提供多次进出马来西亚的机票确认单和酒店订单，我是自驾游，自然无法提供机票订单。
生活在上海这样的城市，有一个好处就是各国的领馆很多，办理签证，实在搞不懂可以先去咨询一下。我在五月底的某一天，跑到马来西亚领馆在上海设立的签证中心，位于长宁区黄金城道682号2楼。我将我的情况告诉签证中心的人员，他们建议我用英文写一份详细的自驾计划书，并且将情况再用英文说明清楚，并尽可能提供在马来西亚的酒店预订单，他们可以帮我把材料递交上去，至于能不能获批三个月多次，不能给我保证。
接下来的一段日子，我开始编写英文版的旅行计划书，由于本人英文水平实在太烂，因此我动用了谷歌、百度、有道、金山、必应等多种翻译网站进行翻译比对并选择我感觉比较好翻译，费了九牛二虎之力，总算搞定了英文版的旅行计划书，并且又给签证官写了一封热情洋溢的英文信，在booking网站预定了酒店并打印出来装订成册（签证申请成功后又通通退订，自驾游无法准确确定哪天住在哪里）。
六月初，将我准备好的签证材料递交到签证中心，三个工作日后顺利拿到三个月多次签证，每人签证费300元，这样比在taobao上找人代办，三个人的签证费省去了2000多元。（两年以前马来西亚签证费只要80元，自从领馆2012年在京沪广设立了签证中心后，三个月单次签证为200元，三个月多次签证为300元，其中签证费依然为80元，剩余的是签证中心的服务费。）

新加坡签证，按照新加坡驻沪领馆网站的要求，准备好各类材料，前往万山路89号领馆办理，三个工作日顺利出签两年多次往返签证。费用为153元，网上代办费用一般为200多元。（未成年子女，只要提供学生证原件及复印件，无需在校证明；在职证明，可盖单位公章、人事章等均可，我特地打电话去领馆咨询过这两件事情。）

电子签证在去领馆领取护照时，领馆会帮着打印好一份，可以自行再复印几份备用。但实际上，入境新加坡时，没人看你打印的签证，护照只要一扫描，有没有签证，人家自然知道。

二：签证的事情说完了，再说下GPS导航的问题
出国旅游，不像国内，怎么着也不会迷路，在国外，人生地不熟再加上语言不通，所以去哪里玩，事先做好功课，并且研究好GPS导航软件，可以省时省力，不走冤枉路！
我对国内的导航软件，还是比较熟悉的，无论是手机用的安卓版，还是车上用的wince版，都是自己下载并安装的。国外导航用什么软件，之前我一无所知，当然如果要省事，淘宝上买个现成的软件即可，不过这不符合我的性格，我喜欢自己动手，丰衣足食！
经过搜索，找到了这个网站：，后来我所有的导航软件的程序及地图资源均是从此网站下载下来，当然我也花了相当的时间和精力进行研究。
我一共下载安装了三个国外著名的导航软件，分别是IGO&&Sygic TomTom 此行中用的最多的是IGO，其次是Sygic ， TomTom基本没用（不是不好，是根本不需要这么多的导航软件）。如何安装使用这些软件，我就不在这里一一介绍了，否则几天也说不完，有兴趣的朋友可以自己去那个网站研究，没兴趣的直接网上买个现成的导航软件即可。
还有一个很重要的工具，就是谷歌地图，新版的谷歌地图，无法使用缓存地图功能。请卸载新版的谷歌手机地图，安装旧版的谷歌地图，版本号为6.14.1，网上搜索一下很容易下载到。在国外，没有数据流量的情况下，事先在谷歌地图里下载好你所需要地图资源，届时将很方便！
本次出行，使用谷歌地图加IGO导航软件，基本上没有走过冤枉路！
国外自驾游，要去哪些地方游玩，可能需要事先准备好。某个景点的中文名，由于翻译的问题在谷歌地图上未必能搜索到，用英文搜索地名，或许有些人行，但我肯定不行。
经纬度是个最可靠的定位工具，在谷歌地图的电脑版上，事先找到你需要的某个地方，然后点击鼠标右键，再点击“这儿是什么？”，这个地点的经纬度坐标就会出现在谷歌地图的搜索栏内，记下这个坐标，可以在我前面所说的导航软件内进行经纬度导航，也可以将经纬度输入到手机版的谷歌地图的搜索框进行迅速定位。
