您好，胎膜残留造成子宫复旧不全就是引起大出血的一个原因，胎膜在宫腔里不能排出是必须清宫的，否则容易引起宫内感染，子宫复旧不良、残留物机化等，清宫都有发生大出血的风险，时间越长发生机率越大。清宫一般用静脉麻醉就可以，麻醉后事不会感觉到疼的。
