我现在身边的同事就有一个，去年他经常请假，一请就十几二十天的，整天没钱没钱的，人懒，本来工资就不高，最后穷得一B，我和另一个朋友整整两个多月每天请他吃喝，生病了我又陪他去医院，给钱他看病，他年底辞工拿了钱请别人喝水都不叫我们，人离开厂里后QQ，微信都把我们删了，今年过完年老板又叫他回来上班，回来又吹他在广州多少多少钱一个月，然后叫他请喝瓶可乐，他就来了一句，&我不会像去年一样那么大方的了&现在想起来都后悔对他太好，整天还在坑别人烟抽，自己不买

我是国美的老客户了，不管是实体店还是网络上。但是这次的购物经历让我彻底的对国美丧失了以前的信任、满意，而更多地是失望、生气，再不要说是使用了。是这样的我是在5月1日上午在国美的官网上下单购买的这款冰箱，5月2日上午9点多送货上门并且收的货。收货后仔细一看发现冰箱面板上有一个小窝，明显是碰的痕迹，我马上就打电话给送货的要求回来后更换。送货的司机告诉我这边直接和国美的客服热线联系，进行更还或是退货。我就按照发票上的客服电话打电话，进行联系。对方客服人员说是这种情况是我们自己碰的，并且已经签收了。无法解决，让我联系厂家。态度非常的恶劣，首先对客户没有服务意识，给我的感觉是他是上帝，非常的不耐烦，并且在不了解具体情况下就说是我只有找厂家他解决不了。那我首先要问问我的产品是不是在你们的国美购买的，那么在国美购买的出现了问题你们就可以一句，你找厂家吧，我解决不了的态度把所有问题都推给了客户。拿客户对国美的信任和肯定来作为赌注。
