最近几天多个地方发布高温黄色预警信号，甚至预计到17日，苏州、无锡、常州、南京、镇江、泰州、南通、扬州大部分地区和盐城南部地区最高气温都将升至37℃以上。但即使是在这么炎热的夏季，依然有人的手脚是冰冰凉凉的，有些人一边热的冒汗，但手脚温度依然上不来，这时候可就要注意了，尤其是女性朋友。手脚冰凉对我们的健康有很大的影响，那么手脚冰凉到底是什么原因呢？手脚冰凉的人一般是身体阳气虚衰，不能温煦人体，特别是处于四肢末端的手脚就更得不到阳气的温煦，因此会出现手脚冰凉的情况。手脚冰冷的另一个原因是因为自律神经的功能调节不顺畅，血管变细引起。加上脚趾、膝盖、肩膀、手指等都是运动较多的关节部位，脂肪少，热度容易散失，血管也较少，更容易感到发冷。手脚冰凉的女性朋友更要注意，手脚冰凉会导致女性月经少、月经不调，甚至不孕，如果不及时加以预防，会导致精神不佳、身体畏寒，另外与风湿病、胃病等疾病有关，危机我们的健康。那么应该怎么调整手脚冰凉，不危机我们的健康呢？平时应该多吃一些性属温热的食品，如牛、羊、狗、鸡肉，大蒜、生姜、洋葱、山药、桂圆等，来提高机体耐寒力。另外平时也要多多运动，运动可以帮助血液循环，特别是对需要久坐办公的上班族，若能保持标准体重、多运动，适当的体重加上运动，可以使身体循环正常。缓解手脚冰凉的症状！
